I have been a loyal customer since 2007. I have gotten a lot of satisfaction from every appliance I've have purchased at Home Depot. Wouldn't shop any where else.

Went to Home Depot found all i needed to rebuild my Deck. Price better then most stores.

Extremally bad experience. After spending over $5000 for blinds it is more then a month didn't get any response on installation dates even after calling more then 5 times. everytime they says someone will call in 48 hours but no one ever call back and I have to call them back again to get same answer.

I purchase several cabinets, Hot Point washer and dryer working very well. Customer service was excellent, directed not only to a good buy on a portable table saw with a stand the Ryobi 10 inch 15 amp compact table saw works well; and it handled cutting laminant countertop without any problem. made nice clean cuts

Marc in the flooring department was absolutely awesome! He helped me pick out the carpet and tile for rooms we had measured. I highly recommend using Home Depot for your flooring needs! The process so far has been so easy and stress free! We had one issue with a piece of molding delivered broken and it was taken care of in minutes, absolutely no hassle.

TOO MUCH TIME HAS BEEN SPENT BY ME AND OTHER VETERANS WHO ARE REGISTERED AS VETS ON THE HOME DEPOT APP. THE APP IS NOT SHOWING THE VET STATUS AND NO DISCOUNT IS COMING THROUGH UNLESS THE CASHIER STEPS IN TO APPLY DISCOUNT. HOME DEPOT'S PROGRAMMERS NEEDS TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE GLITCH.

I went in on a whim after leaving another store without the dryer I wanted. Home Depot in Whitehall had the exact same dryer and on a better sale. Richard in Appliances helped us out in getting the best deal for the dryer. When he had some computer issues, Katlyn stepped in and made sure the dryer got delivered to my house in 3 days. Both employees were polite and helpful the entire time! Definitely would stop in again as a first choice next time I need something!

Was told only one person could unlock a tool. Waited 20. Minutes while 3 other employees sat there talking. Ended up leaving without the tool. Extremely frustrated.

I sent my parents to go buy some supplies we needed due to a very big project we have going on. My parents had an encounter at the self check out where an employee lashed out on them and slammed their items around because my mother needed help to work a gift card. It was absolutely insulting and inappropriate for this employee to react like that. She was so awful to the point she made my mother cry.

I was very happy with the flooring I bought and so as was the installer.

I went into Home Depot with my co-worker to buy wood to make bookshelves for our students. We had 24 6’ boards and 12 8’ boards. We needed them cut into 4 pieces each at the exact same length. Steve was VERY precise, patient and understood the assignment. Although it took a while, we appreciate the accuracy and detail that Steve had. We are extremely satisfied with our wood and can’t wait to build some bookshelves with our kiddos! Thanks Steve!

There was this amazing employee named Joshua who went above and beyond to help me. I’m an older woman and i struggle to lift heavy things. He saw that and came over and helped me pick up a big bag of soil and then helped me put it into my car. I am so thankful to him!

I got windows, two doors and sliding all done from this store. Love there installment features.
