The staff of the Woodland Home Depot are the best! They are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

I have bought numerous appliances from this location for my rentals. Buying the last refrigerator that I had to return was a nightmare. Customer service was not helpful and didn't really care about my dissatisfaction. I will be buying future appliances elsewhere.

If you are going to the garden area bring your own shopping cart or go to main entrance and get one. This store NEVER has any at entrance to garden.

I generally like this store, and typically, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. However, today, employee Brenna made us feel disrespected and humiliated. We had a small item (value $7) to return for store credit (we no longer had the receipt). To avoid confusion (or so we hoped), we went immediately to the Returns section, without going to any other section of the store. Brenna accused us of stealing the item, even as my son and I adamantly explained that we had JUST walked into the store, carrying the item. We noticed at least two cameras right at the entrance, so we offered to wait as Brenna or another employee checked the footage to verify we walked in with the return item. Brenna rolled her eyes at our suggestion (for whatever reason). We wouldn't have minded in the slightest had Brenna simply asked us, respectfully, to confirm that we previously purchased the item we were returning. Instead, she accused us of being thieves, disregarded our response, and refused to check camera footage. We spoke to manager Tiffany, who was polite (but we have no idea what Tiffany said or did with Brenna, if anything).

I feel if anyone that needs help in this Woodland store seek out a young lady named Sabrina. She is a quality employee who will give you a 100% effort and go beyond her normal duty. JCM

prices are going beyond resonable.We as californians should talk to our state department and get answers about if this is a legal hike in prices or has price gauging occured.

Great store! Well stocked with the most current Landscaping supplies. All the new Fiskars Power Gear 2 tools! The best! Very friendly and helpful smiling employees! Thank you! Convenient location!

Went in for lumber and wood plastic. Kristy in paint helped me find everything I was looking for and made sure I had everything I needed for a big project I’m working on! She is so knowledgeable and she went above and beyond any expectations I could’ve hoped for. She definitely deserves a raise! I am so impressed with the service I received I’m going to tell everyone I know that Home Depot in woodland is the place to be

Sabrina and Bob at customer service are exceptional. They listen, they understand, and they take initiative and apply common sense to solve issues. These two employees have made me a loyal customer of this store.

The store is a bit smaller, which is nice. The employees seem like they care a lot more then the employees at the Power inn Location. I liked the layout of the store and the area to pull up after purchasing is just big enough for everyone to be able to load up. I am really happy with my experince and the fact this is my new home location.

The Employees there purposely avoid Eye Contact with Customers, pretend to be busy, etc. I’ve gone there 3 times in the past week to complete my fence-deck wood stain project and was gonna take advantage to hire a kitchen Countertop/sink/cabinet install but the 3 people that were sitting down failed to see me standing there for 15 minutes or more, ALL 3 OF THEM LOOKED DOWN AND PRETENDED NOT TO SEE ME. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 times in the past week. DO YOU NOT WANT MY BUSINESS? ITHEN PRECEDED TO GO AND CHECK OUT IN THE FRONT LANES FOR SELF CHECK OUT, THERE WAS 6 EMPLOYEES STANDING THERE BUT ONLY 2 SELF CHECKOUT LANES CLOSED? I DONT CARE ABOUT SELF CHECK OUT BUT TO HAVE A LINE OF 15 People waiting for a checkout lane is ridiculous all while you have 6 Home Depot Employees standing in the check out lanes makes no sense. OBVIOUSLY THE STORE MANAGER DOESNT CARE

I had a very pleasant shopping experience today at our local Home Depot. I ordered online , eight bags of garden soil. When I was notified it was ready for pick-up, I went to the store and parked in the reserved parking area. I had the pleasure of having Hector and Marcos load the bags while we had conversation. I hope Home Depot keeps this policy even after covid-19. I was saved the hassle of looking for a flat cart, loading eight large bags of soil, waiting in line to pay, loading these bags into my vehicle and still have to unload them at home. Hector and Marcos were so very friendly, they made my day.

Very clean store and Very nice employees, the employees help you get what you need right away.

The store was clean and well-stocked! However, my experience at the paint desk was very negative. I was friendly from the start, but the gal working there was very rude and short with me! I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this should be shared, because I don’t want anyone else to be treated the same way or have the same experience. This was a real bummer because I love this store!

The Associates, on the phone and in the store; are extremely helpful and fast!

We've been shopping at the Home Deport in Woodland for almost 10 years. Overall, we've been very impressed with the customer service there. Employees tend to be helpful and well informed. It starts at the top with Tiffany, the store manager, and filters down to employees that collectively go above and beyond to assist customers. Merchandise is usually well stocked and available as well. Generally, it's a very positive and pleasant shopping experience.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from David in Millworks department, he was very courteous, patient and very much knowledgeable on what I needed. He was able to help me get all that I went to Home Depot for.

When I visit the Home Depot store in Woodland I know I must present my military "veterans card" for a 10% discount. I feel privileged to provide it and honored to have served. The selection of materials are extensive and easily accessible (even if I must be assisted by an employee)

We like going to Home Depot for home projects. They have a lot of options to choose from and the staff is always very helpful as well.

The morning weekend "managers"(laughable) are not very motivated to help or keep customers happy. The regular folks who actually have to load or work the check out counters though, are AWESOME!!!! Get some LEADERS that care about repeat customers and lower level employees.

Home Depot employees in this Woodland store are exemplary. We were assisted by John in the Lumber Department. He helped us figure out the quality and quantity of lumber we needed and took the time to help us pick out exactly the wood pieces we needed for our project. He made suggestions that were helpful. He was very knowledgeable and professional- we are so satisfied!

This is a fully-stocked store that is only a few mile away from my home. My go-to store.

Aurora has always been cheerful, efficient, and careful at checkout. There always seem to be more choices at the store than what I can find on the website. Very good selection in stock and rarely out of stock

We LOVE shopping at this home depot. Not as crowded and chaotic as other location. Employees always happy to help and direct us to things we are looking for. We have found an extremely knowledgeable design consultant that we will return to as long as she will have us. Ms. Deshan has helped us select and install blinds and has most recently helped us select and purchase a washer\dryer set. It is so nice to walk into a store with "old school" customer service. This location delivers.
