Becky has been so sweet to help us with the updating of our kitchen. She has been kind and patient and very helpful.

I have related my poor experience with the kitchen design staff and lack of response to my complaints. I had to get senior management involved and almost cancelled my order which will eventually exceed $25,000 they should take better care of their customers.

Two different employees asked if we wanted help loading up our car. Noah ended up helping us put all the heavy tile in our car. We really appreciated it!

The employees are always top notch! They are helpful and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that it is often hard to find an employee to assist me when I need assistance. Particulartly in lumbar.

This store was clean for the most part. The staff is typical to all Home Depots I have visited - scarce, lack of product knowledge and more interested in getting their stocking shelves chore instead of approaching you.

The store is clean, products are almost always in stock, and the associates are friendly and generally helpful. We were very disappointed with the quality of the assistance from the kitchen design people at this store (Marcy), but impressed with the flooring experts (Hanna). Overall the store has a friendly atmosphere generally full of weekend project minded homeowners with a fair mix of local contractors. I love shopping here.

Steve has ben there a long time and have worked with him on most of my purchases. Knows what he is doing and makes the process simple for the customer.

great STORE, RECOMMEND HIGHLY-LOTS OF VARIETY, STAFF PLEASANT

We found one item we purchased was broken just after we paid. We needed to go spend another 30 min or more to get the item replaced at the customer center. A representative at the customer center was rude and the store manager on duty was not helpful at all. This was one of the worst experiences I had in any home improvement stores.

I like being able to find what ever I need for any of my projects, big and small. The associates are very helpful and eager to help. Especially when I don't know what I'm looking for. Great service and help always.

I came in knowing what I was looking for and I was helped right away and the HD employee took the time to pull the LARGE box, navigate it through the crowded aisle, take it to check out, ring me up AND take it out to my car! I only wish I had written down his name! AWESOME Customer Service!

The nursery has an excellent selection of native perennials and even a bunch of organic potted herbs and vegetables. Very pleased!

The cashier helped me find the electrical section and called for a specialist for that area. The specialist knew exactly what I needed and gave practical advice on my planned repair. My stove fan switch had shorted out on a Saturday and I needed to repair it before cooking dinner. To find knowledgeable and helpful staff at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night was a wonderful thing. Both staff were friendly and made the experience a pleasure.

I love the free hot coffee. The smell of the tools with all the power at hand! To walk down the rows of of parts that I can use to build dreams. Yes to go forth into the valley lumber and fill the breeze of Pine on my cheeks. Life is good.

Needed bathtub chaulking. Easy to find, great selection, different prices based on features and staff help to make final decision .

Woodland is fortunate to have a Home Depot team of All Stars. Linda, Becky, and Andi and several more know the inventory, assist with on line ordering, find what I need quickly and do all this with grace, patience and a friendly manner. Our quite difficult "old house" project is almost complete and we are still sane thanks to the All Stars at HD.

I ordered door knobs and deadbolts for 4 doors and asked that they all be keyed to the same key. I picked it up in will-call the next day. I never even saw the lady (Linda) that handled the sale for me, but I was completely satisfied with her knowledge and helpfulness.

Associates are very helpful. I appreciate that they now make eye contact with you and act as if they are here to help you rather than ignore you. Not all our previous experiences have been stellar (chasing down an associate after being ignored), but customer service has taken a giant leap forward. Makes shopping here more enjoyable. We can easily shop elsewhere, but we'll be back.
