Purchase a $3,300 dollar zero turn. I went and got a trailer and came back at which time the employee was rude and when asked a question stated they didn’t have time for this and needed to leave. They continued that I could return it if I wasn’t happy. The manager then tried to save the sale by offering to help load it onto my trailer. I guess loading of your purchase isn’t offered normally. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased 56 bags of mulch, six bags of garden soil. I received help loading this with a pallet. I was very grateful and I knew I would have assistance at Home Depot. All went smoothly.

We’ve been remodeling our bathroom over the past year and have shopped at several Home Depot locations, along with some of your competitors. The Allison Park, PA, store is clean and well stocked, but what keeps us coming back are the friendly, knowledgeable employees who seem genuinely happy to be working there. We credit the store manager for the excellent experiences we have received there. I would highly recommend this store for this reason: If you have a question or need assistance, they jump right in and help.

I needed a washing machine and dryer. Been overwhelmed with all options and brands. Was just getting prices with no intention to purchase when we met the most amazing sales associate. His knowledge, attention to detail of machine specs and contract coverage was outstanding! He was so invested in us as customers and caring that I bought on the spot....and I had no intention to buy. His manager and customer service associate took great care of us. The delivery was fast and efficient with pleasant service. Love our purchase and trust our Home Depot Team. Will be back for future purchases....with no hesitation.

Of the 3 local home depots in my area , I prefer to shop at the Allison Park store due to their knowledgable staff.

Returns are easy no hassle

They only had one person working all of the registers and you had to go to a self-checkout for them to scan your items or you had to do it yourself. I don't work at Home Depot so I'm not scanning my own items unless I get a discount. I would think twice of shopping there in the future for lack of staffing.

I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. The sales staff were always friendly and appeared to enjoy their jobs at Home Depot. The store was always well stocked with up to date products and was clean and safe.

This is our favorite store in the North Pittsburgh area. No store or anybody is perfect, but they are friendly and helpful, and try to get it right. All of our major purchases for home related items of the last several years have been made here, because we feel like we're treated well.

I have visited the Allison Park HD store on a consistent basis since taking on a major home remodeling project in 2020. I consistently have a good experience, from shopping for the item I need to return items that I didn't use. I appreciate the coaching and advice in the areas I don't have much knowledge or expertise.

I have been wanting to buy a water heater blanket and visited the Allison Park store and found a Thermo King insulator. I am so glad I purchased it before the cold and snow hit! I am looking forward to seeing the savings.

This store (as most Home Depots) had the products I was searching for and at a competitive price, but a number of the areas are rather badly under lit making reading labels and pricing information sometimes hard to read.

Your garden center is above and beyond the selection and quantity of the plants. The flowers I bought today were well cared for and ready for planting.
