i have been shopping at this location since it opened and I never had a problem.

access fairly easy aisles not clogged so my cart was maneuverable no assistance finding or loading anything i was not there long enough to judge even the checkout was average the only cashier was efficient with five people in front of me . only one corner was broken off of the stepping stones

My boyfriend and I purchased a weed whacker, and after one day of use, it quit working. We were quite disappointed and frustrated, and didn't know what to do other than to return it. We went to Home Depot, spoke with an associate in the tool rental department, and he was able to determine the problem right then and there! With his attempts to use the power tool, he found that the coil was most likely faulty, and the product was defective. No questions were asked with the return, and we also received advice about a better product (as per associate and customer reviews) that we purchased that day! Same price! Very satisfied with this visit! Hopefully we won't have to return this one, but Home Depot made this experience much less irritating!

Chuck and Wade in the rental dept. were really helpful.

Audra in appliances was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping me pick out appliances. After picking out appliances she informed me of an upcoming sale, which would save me some money. So she wrote down all of the product codes and told me that if I could just wait 24 hours that all these items would be on sale. I took her advice and save over $650!!! I just wanted to thank her for her honesty.

Needed carpeting installed for 2 apartments. The Pro Services group in the store made the process very easy to get the order measured and installed in a very timely manor. Great job

Years ago the store left a lot to be desired with help finding things and overall quality of the associates there. This store is amazing and it's because of the people working there. Every one of them is knowledgeable and thinks outside the box to create ideas and solutions. They are extremely friendly and wanting to help. It's almost like you had 30 millionaires with orange aprons on all working in a store together and not doing it for the money but because they want to help. Its actually very refreshing to see and I have since switched shopping at Lowes to this The Home Depot location because of it.

Tom at Pro Desk spend several hours building a door order for me (10 doors). I ended up with exactly what I wanted and at great price. Plus will arrive within 14 days. That is all I can ask for!

Every choice was presented. A computer print-out of final pick & its details was given to us. Very pleased with courteousy of our sales woman & ease she made us feel. This helped in making the proper decision for our needs.

The assistant manager, Ronna, was so helpful to me and made doing business at Home Depot friendly and efficient. I dealt with her on another occasion and she went above and beyond to help me find the right product. Also Tony, another associate was so friendly and helpful. I didn't even have to ask him to help me load my car. WHAT SERVICE! Lowes offers mostly the same type of products, but what sets your store apart is the friendly service. That's why my husband & I shop there.

I have always been treated with respect and courtesy when visiting this store. During my last visit the store associate was even more helpful than the high standard I have become accustomed. I have visited other similar stores in the extended area and they don't come close to my Allison Park Home Depot.

Joann the cashier was very kind to give me the lower price on some adhesive I needed but was not on the shelf. Also Colin at the service desk is always very helpful.

Went in to purchase insect and weed killer and saw the paint sale so we purchased a gallon of paint for our nursery as they were offering the $5 rebate.

Plenty of available associates who were very helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit.

The initial associate was great. Took me right to the grill I wanted to purchase. Reminded me about a good cover, gas canister, etc. Just a very pleasant lady. I had to finalize the remainder of my purchase at the svc. desk and the young man that rang everything up was great as well.

The associates are pleasant and helpful. The products ordered were not stock items and delivery was arranged for kitchen appliances for high end rental properties. Care and attention to detail was used by the kitchen department to find what was needed, providing a successful visit HD.
