I bought this days ago but some are not working after using them in few hours. Theres a moisture inside the bulb.

      Poor communication and damaged product
      Bought a treager couldn’t find an associate to find the product. At check out the associate went to get it didn’t communicate where he would deliver it to us. Took several minutes for him to return with the location for loading. Helped load it and left only to find the item was damaged. It took 45 minutes to find another undamaged smoker and load it. Other associate that loaded was not communicative and a little short with us.

            Hi I'm an older guy and the lady manager on 1/21/25 in the plywood department helped me load sheets of plywood the man employee she asked to help me just took off with another task so she apologized and spent time helping pick out the right thickness What a nice thing to do sorry i forgot her name but i think i saw wings on her! Have a blessed day Thank You!

                Store is a mess
                I get tired of going to these stores and can’t get through the store because of everything in the way with all the displays and things just left in the way workers everywhere just talking to each other and the store is a mess . Clean it up!

                    The Home Depot does not appear to put the client first. I commented previously about their always being a queue at the checkouts, sometimes for twenty minutes. It's a very busy store yet very few cash registers. I also made mention about the silliness of having eight, I believe, parking spots, near the entrance, just for drive up and pick up. Who the heck uses them? You probably get very few that need such a spot, meanwhile, as this is a very busy store, those of us that come in all the time, especially the trades, have to search for a decent parking space while the special spaces sit empty. Absurd! Probably two would be more than enough.

                              More employees to help
                              You never find anyone in the store help you. Don't have enough people on the floor. You wander around looking for someone and when they see you they act like you can't help you. Then it comes to the checkout. More people have to check out counters instead of going through the gauntlet I'm trying to check out with one person to help 6 to 12 people to check out registers. I try not to come to your store anymore and I have to.

                                I have never had as much help from an employee as I did this morning. Halie took the time to look up an item to see if it was in stock and even walked me to the location on other side of store to make sure I found it. Being an elderly widow it was not an item I'd ever be able to find on my own especially since I didn't even name it right ,but Halie new what I was looking for after I told her my situation. Thank goodness she was kind and knowledgeable about repairs for mobile home. I'll definitely be looking for her when shopping again.

                                        Home Depot Employee Made the Difference
                                        We needed to purchase a new microwave/oven wall unit and requested help from the first employee we encountered in the home appliance department. Buck was that employee, and he walked us through the process making sure we understood the dimensions of the unit we were viewing and how the unit would be delivered (by Home Depot) and installed (by a Home Depot Pro). He provided excellent service all around.

                                          I was trying to make a key and had no idea how it worked. The gentleman who works there stopped what he was doing and helped us make two keys. It saved us from having to go to another store. Thank you.

                                                Home depot has lots of employees willing to help find what we are looking for, but do not appreciate the roving employee conducting a survey of our heating system, trying to get us to have a serviceman come checking our system. Too pushy!!

Contacted Home Depot via phone. No waiting time on phone. Representative was polite and helpful. Sent someone out to look at appliance. Was happy with the end result.
