I needed a bag of soft water salt so I went to my Home Depot store, and Antoinette actually ducked her head and went to the back of a bottom bin of Morton's 40# bags, hauled one out by herself (no way I could have done that with my arthritis!), put in my cart, then checked me out! Who does that?!? Antoinette did!! If you see her at the Home Depot on Crismon and the 60, tell her I said "Thanks again, and again, Antoinette!"

The staff have always helped me but they go above and beyond. The conversation is always great, we share laughs and wherever I go they always make sure I get what I need. I always ask for personal opinions on choices I make and they give me there opinion which really helps me!

The first employee I spoke with misinformed me about what I wanted and said he could not help. I sought help from another employee, Uncle Bob, and he was thee BEST! Very helpful, friendly, got me what I needed, cut the wood, and I am grateful for his help. He apologized for the other guy too.

We were looking at some new appliances, Tim Cronin, our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us appliances and describing features available on several different models. This information was useful for us to making an informed decision on the appliances purchased today.

I went in to order a refrigerator and oven after researching and narrowing my choices online. An employee named "Buck" guided me to each of my product I wanted to view in person and answered any questions I had and provided information. Customer service is alive and kicking at this Home Depot. Was elated with the answers to my questions . She really knew how to help me. Loved that customer service was available at the time I needed them.

During my visit, I had 3 different employees offer to help me as soon as they thought that I may not be finding what I was looking for or needed some other type of assistance. Other employees were around, but didn't bother me when they could see that I didn't need assistance. Not only are they observant, but they were actually helpful when I needed it and truly seemed like they wanted to help. A very refreshing experience in this day and age!

There was a time when people would go into a hardware store, a person would greet them, ask “How may I help you? “ And be happy to help you! Well this is the store The Home Depot #0404 1545 S Crismon Rd Mesa Just off Hwy 60 & Crismon easy access You may even run into the young man that help me John F. He can help you find what you need.

Jason, who I believe is the front end manager, really helped us. He was super busy but he took the time to help us with all of our questions & provided valuable advice. We really appreciated his awesome customer service! He made us feel like valued customers. We would like to have a "Jason" every time we come to Home Depot. We spent a lot of money there so it makes a huge difference when someone is so kind & helpful. He seriously deserves to be recognized as an invaluable employee. Thank you!

You have to park and go inside the store. Why advertise for curbside pickup when a customer has to park and go inside the store. You can't park and call because for some reason this store is a dead spot for cellular service and they know it, why don't they Install Starlink? Curbside pickup is your order is ready for you to come into the store, get online for customer service to find your order. It's better to just shop for the items and checkout.
