Had an attentive employee that went over the fridge choses with us. We chose a 16.6 cubic over 20.5 based on price and make. Then he also set up delivery and we were out of the store in under 20 minutes. It was a good experience and the employee was kind and patient.

I enjoy shopping at the Apache Junction location because the employees are always so nice and helpful

I'm unhappy that on weekends most of the self checkouts are card only and in your bid to save money there are not even one checkout person.

One helped me locate what I came for and another gent in the garden checkout was really great, I’d come back just for the way I was treated. I was out of my comfort zone as a very retired woman…so I appreciated the help and kindness!

My husband and I have been working on remodeling our house. We have been using Home Depot for most of the supplies and materials to complete the project. Home Depot is always clean and organized. Staff members are always very helpful and friendly.

See prior input re lack of sales people on the floor. Virtually impossible to get help

I was there on Sunday, September 1. I bought stuff from the seasonal, Halloween department and the employees were very helpful with that. Then I went back to purchase a washing machine and Tom and Buck were also very helpful with that. I would recommend this store for any purchases that you need

Employees are usually available and very knowledgeable as to what you’re looking for.

Found everything we went for and then some.

Zero normal registers were open, just the self-checkout which appears to have been designed for a convenience store not a place that sells concrete and lumber. On top of that the self-checkout area had no obvious entrance because it was roped off and had to be opened by an associate so I got to push my steel cart with over 700lbs of concrete on it back and forth through a constricted maze. And this was over an hour before closing time by the way. Then the scanner wouldn't work so my order got scanned by an associate who thought 3x4=24.

Do not go into this store on a weeknight at around 6 p.m. They are very short staffed and there is no staff to help you on the floor.

I needed some fence post and I was directed to the place they were located and at the checkout the fellow was very friendly and helpful.

It was always stressful if I picked the wrong line and took extra time.

Sometimes it is hard to find an "orange shirt" to help, but I can always go to a cashier up front or a customer service person and they will call and get me the help I need.

George D hardware 25 helped me out he was amazing nice and was able to answer all my questions! It’s not everyday you get such outstanding customer service! I will continue to be a longtime customer of Home Depot!

We used to dread going to get paint at this Home Depot, but in the last couple of days we have a very good experience. Austin, who works in the paint department was so helpful and friendly. Great attitude and was eager to help! This guy is an example of employee excellence!

Sam, at the customer service counter was super friendly and helpful. It was right at closing time and she didn't tried to rush though the process even though they're closing.

I was checking out and couldn't figure out how to use my perks on my mobile app. Cashier called over head cashier Katie to assist. Katie not only showed me how to use my perks, she showed me multiple things on the app and my account that will greatly benefit me going forward!

I went to this Home Depot to buy a wheelbarrow as I received a gift card from my son Christina and Mike at customer service were so helpful and friendly. I appreciate them giving me the red carpet service. Thank you.

The aisle I needed was closed, without anyone around or any activity taking place. When I approached a cashier for assistance after 5 minutes, I was rudely told I would just have to wait. After 15 minutes, the aisle was finally opened after an employee spent 5 minutes aimlessly chatting with the same cashier, then another 5 minutes putting a lift away before sauntering up to reopen the aisle.

I come from a small town and I come here to Apache junction all the time to purchase what I need. They have it all

Always glad I stopped in at this local Home Depot. They have everything I need to complete my projects.
