Customer Service was quick and efficient at taking my special order for lighting fixtures, HOWEVER Home Delivery sucked! Thank goodness it didn't rain.

I got two different items made by Stone Care International. One was a stain remover and didn't work, it made the stains worse. When I was alerted the manufacturer, I had to show proof of purchase. That's when I saw TWO of the higher priced Stone Care Intl items, NOT one of each of the different products. I can't return, or even let the manufacture know because according to my receipt I bought TWO Quartz Clean & Shine, NOT ONE Clean & Shine and ONE Granite & Stone Stain Remover. This means that the cashier charged me for the MORE expensive item!!

The people in the Pro desk and the quote center are phenomenal and the only reason I shop at Home Depot

I shop at this Home Depot often - love the paint selection, plants - things are easy to find and the staff is friendly.

Website said for this location my item was on aisle 17. It was not. It was all the way on the opposite side of the store on aisle 3.

I was just along for the ride. My job requires, sometimes, things that we don't have on hand. This was one of those situations. My coworkers and I had to stop in at this location to grab a few items, and just kill a little time. After all, who doesn't make the best of it when you're getting paid to stop by a store and grab a few things? After our brief stroll through the aisles, collecting the products that will both improve our working experience, and fluff the receipt a bit to "stick it to the man", we headed to the checkout. Others were handling the business transaction while I waited. Suddenly, I had a craving. A craving for a moderately cold, sugar and caffeine packed 12 ounces of cherry-flavored, drug-adjacent delicious Red Bull. Our time in the store was quickly ending, so I rushed to the over used, rarely cold (like cold, cold. The kind of cold that hurts your hands, cold. These refrigerators are opened thousands of times a day, and can't possibly keep up with wild temperature fluctuations, so it's really not their fault, they try.) drinks refrigerators on the end of the checkout lines. I frantically searched one, two, glanced down the rows, but the third was out of reach. Alas, no delicious nectar. Defeated, but not content to leave without a drink, I reached in, and acquired the next option on my list of preferred beverages, a Monster energy drink. After scanning the substitute of perfection, I withdrew my wallet from it's pocket-home, and remembered I had recently opened a Home Depot credit card. I had not yet used it to make a purchase, so then, in that moment of defeat, I felt this would be my first transaction. After all, I couldn't get what I wanted, so why pay for it with MY money? I'll let someone else cover it for now, and pay it back later. So that's what I did. Since the infinitely wise marketing department hasn't bothered to have their computer AI slaves look at the purchases made before sending out survey requests, I thought I'd give someone a break from the daily grind of reviewing these mind numbing answers. I walked into Home Depot at Epps Bridge and was greeted by an employee that helped me find the mower I wanted. They went the extra mile to find it and then loaded it after the purchase. Great Experience!

We purchased a refrigerator and stove last month and just ordered countertops. Lucky enough to see Kelsey for both purchases!

Edward was knowledgeable and clearly showed us options. We placed our order feeling that we had been a given a wonderful customer experience.

Kylie, an employee in appliances was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable & helpful. She answered my questions & helped me find a refrigerator that was back-ordered in other stores. I hope the delivery of my fridge goes as smoothly.

The employee, Koen, in the lumber department was especially helpful with what I needed today. I would like to thank him and make sure that he gets some well-deserved recognition by HD, if possible. I have interacted with him previously, and each time he has been a great help. Hats off to Koen!

Angela greeted me at the garden counter with a smile. Kenny was nearby & offered to help with heavy bags of soil. He loaded the bags, walked me to my car & loaded all 8 bags inside. He was friendly, professional, & delightful young man.

Employees tend to head the other direction when they see you coming their way. Happens every time I visit this store.

I purchased 2 large potted Mum’s they were priced at 39.98 but not all them had the same price change on them. Some were priced the old price 29.98. The one’s priced 39.98 had a sticker on them the others were 10.09 cheaper

I bought 4 HEAVY bags of salt for my water filtration system; associate loaded them, took them to my car, loaded into my trunk (I'm elderly and the bags were 40 pounds each!!) Great job! thanks

I had purchased 2 3/4 pvc and also a shop vac filter. Unfortunately I already had enough of the 3/4 pvc and the filter didn’t fit the Husky shop vacuum. The staff was very friendly with my return. I went to the masonry aisle, looking for sand . I didn’t need much. They was only 4 partial bags. . The supervisor discounted the sand. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I spend a good bit of time as we garden and plant various flowers and shrubs.Always a well kept area and people willing to help.At 75 and 77 there are times that we need help loading assorted goods.Never a bad experience.

She was very patient and helped me with the solution to my problem! 4 months I have been trying to get that squared away with other associates and even CUSTOMER SERVICE on the phone, but Margaret was the only one that helped me

The floor model dishwasher I bought was on sale for a great price for an excellent machine. It was a savings of about $300 from the sale price out of warehouse and I saved the $29 delivery fee since it was required that I pick it up from the store myself. I was aware that the drain hose was missing at the time of purchase so the associate gave me a universal hose out of their stock for no charge. Everything is good at this point. However, the universal hose did not work with the drain pipe on the dishwasher. It was either too big or too small. The correct hose had an elbow that allowed fitment in the space available. To their credit, the associates worked to try to solve the problem by taking a hose from another similar floor model but it too was missing. So I ended up ordering one online at my expense. Maybe, if I had pressed the issue, they would have bought it for me, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. However, it did delay the installation for several days and trips to the store and searching for the correct hose was inconvenient. This is the risk you take with a floor model purchase. In exchange for a great price, you might have some inconvenience. Also, be aware that if your dishwasher is a direct wire connection instead of a plug in outlet, their installation does not include the direct wire connection (hard wired). You either have to do that yourself or hire an electrician. That would have been an unpleasant surprise if I had paid the $169 they wanted for installation. Fortunately, the associate warned me about this, though he almost forgot to mention it.

I needed 3 different items that were not all together in the store. The gentleman that helped me came over as soon as I was looking for item #1. He took me to the other locations for the other 2 items making my trip fast and complete. Will shop here again! Also, beautiful flower/garden section. So much to choose from!

I went in the store for gardening supplies. I was greeted with a smile and “DO YOU NEED HELP OR CAN I HELP YOU FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?” This happened all throughout the store.

I needed help with cabinet hardware but finding a sale associate to assist me was impossible.

I was doing a home project and needed some lumber cut. Bennett made sure I had quality pieces, measured and then cut them. He helped load them in my cart. I always find plenty of helpful employees at this Home Depot

I have bought many items for my home at Athens Store #0129. I have been very pleased with my purchases! The store almost always has the items I need.
