I bought something through Home Depot online and had a problem with it not getting returned properly. Taylor at the Return desk was SO helpful and kept thinking of ways to solve the problem and get my return processed. Plus the item was too heavy for me to lift (vanity with marble top) and she is going to try to get it picked up. Taylor was exceptionally friendly and helpful and I will start my shopping next time with Home Depot!!!!!

This particular Home Depot is always well stocked and has a very friendly and helpful staff. I am always greeted and offered assistance several times during each visit. There’s a Lowe’s store located right across the street and I won’t shop there- You won’t find anyone helpful or friendly at Lowe’s.

I called in an order for 2 skids of retaining wall blocks (of 144 each), using the Skew Number I photographed a week earlier while at the store.Terry helped answer several questions about ordering and Ralph took my order on my second call, after conferring with my contractor for pick-up Monday morning. They were both patient, helpful and polite. I am extremely pleased and gladly recommend shopping at this Home Depot in Athens, Georgia.

At checkout, Ludy called me over from another line I was waiting in. He worked efficiently and was very personable.

I shop here for basement renovation supplies several times per week. The customer service department is excellent which is why I keep coming back. It's the only home improvement store in the area where staff routinely go above and beyond to solve problems. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are some supply issues. Suspect this is everywhere right now, though, so tough to fault them for it.

I was working on a small project to help out my mom. The front and manager and employee in building materials take the time to help me determine the type and quantity materials that I needed. Very friendly and helpful

Josh in plumbing offered help when I looked perplexed. He helped me solve my problem which involved an out of the box solution AND made sure I had all the correct parts to accomplish it.

Consistently the best and most helpful staff of the major home improvement stores in town the store is well stocked as well, which can't always be said of competitors.

The store is always clean and organized. HD employees love if their job shines through to the customers. All of this results in a great shopping experience.

I can't say enough about Steve P. who was working in plumbing on the day I needed help. He was knowledgeable, asked questions to see what I needed, then offered multiple possible solutions. His knowledge and concern for wanting to help me more than just sell me on certain products not only allowed me to fix the issue myself, but it also saved me quite possibly hundreds of dollars. Carol who normally works in paint but is also a certified plumber also listened to my issue (I had just seen her earlier in the week for a painting issue) and pointed me in the direction of Steve who was working back in plumbing. Finally, Ashley who was working at check out was very friendly and helpful as well. I love Home Depot because in my experience, I have always been able to find knowledgeable associates who seem genuinely concerned about helping rather than just selling.

This was the only place I was able to find the plants I was looking for and they had many I could choose from
