This store is always great and has what I need. The cashier helped me at the register. My 15% Home Depot Pro discount on the item I was buying wasn't showing up but he helped me get it straightened out.

On a visit this week to the Athens Home Depot an employee named Carter did a great job of helping me find the right size shower base and getting a lift to retrieve it from an upper shelf. He was friendly the whole time. Another thing I like about this store, even if I haven't asked for help, store employees routinely ask me if they can help me find anything if I look like I'm looking for something.

I always go out of my way to shop at Home Depot because they have EVERYTHING I need. The store employees at the Athens Home Depot always impress me with their knowledge and their willingness to help me find what I need and answers to any questions. Keep up the good work!

Morgan in the paint department is particularly helpful. She can answer any question, makes great recommendations and will provide you with information you didn't know you needed.

This is a great store! I was asked several times if I needed help as I walked through the store. I asked the aisle location for several items. The employee told me exactly what I wanted to know. One of the things I was shopping for was a safe for my home. Rob G. was great at helping me select a safe!

The only draw back is the limited inventory in store. The staff is incredible and amazing.

We were in the market for 3 appliances recently and were all set to buy from Lowe’s. They didn’t have the items in stock and we were actually dealing with someone outside their department, so we couldn’t get a clear answer on when delivery could occur. We were told the items were in stock at a Lowe’s across town, so we decided to go there. On the way, we stopped at Home Depot to check price/availability. Alfonso Lopez assisted us and he was great. Home Depot didn’t have the items either and was actually 100.00 higher on the refrigerator. Alfonso focused on our needs, matched the prices, and set up a delivery to meet our busy schedules. Alfonso is a case study in superb customer service. Great purchase experience start to finish.

I was shopping for a new washing machine, and Alfonso Lopez was very helpful. The store was busy, and after a short wait he helped me select the right washing machine for my needs. He was very knowledgeable. After the purchase he took the time to explain delivery, setup, etc. He reviewed the extended warranty with me too. He said that if I had any problems during delivery and setup on Friday to call him directly for a resolution. That's great service.

Bash and Paul were both super friendly and really helpful! I had a really heavy load of items and they came to my rescue without me even asking!

The store I most often frequent is located at 1740 Epps Bridge Rd., Athens, GA. It is the store most convenient for me. But the biggest reason I continue to return there is the incredibile helpfulness of all its employees. I am not a handyman; I am a divorced 60 plus years old woman who is trying to become acquainted with house maintanence and repair for the first time in her life. No matter how elementary my question or how vast my ignorance, every employee speaks to me in an absolutely non-condescending voice and patiently explains to me whatever information I am seeking. I appreciate their attitude immensely! I am able to enter the store relaxed and comfortable rather than with the initial trepadation I felt.

Unlike the other home improvement store near me, I never have to search for an Associate to help me. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in this store. When I begin my washer/dryer search, I went to four big box stores. I met Roger at Home Depot. He was so helpful. Since I hadn’t bought these items in more than 20 years, I had many questions. He was so knowledgeable and informative that he made my further research easier. After one week, I knew that my purchase be at Home Depot and my associate would be Roger.
