Excellent Customer Service, Lousy home delivery!
Customer Service was quick and efficient at taking my special order for lighting fixtures, HOWEVER Home Delivery sucked! Thank goodness it didn't rain.

    Laziness of a cashier screws me out of money
    I got two different items made by Stone Care International. One was a stain remover and didn't work, it made the stains worse. When I was alerted the manufacturer, I had to show proof of purchase. That's when I saw TWO of the higher priced Stone Care Intl items, NOT one of each of the different products. I can't return, or even let the manufacture know because according to my receipt I bought TWO Quartz Clean & Shine, NOT ONE Clean & Shine and ONE Granite & Stone Stain Remover. This means that the cashier charged me for the MORE expensive item!!

            Website said for this location my item was on aisle 17. It was not. It was all the way on the opposite side of the store on aisle 3.

              I wanted a Red Bull
              I was just along for the ride. My job requires, sometimes, things that we don't have on hand. This was one of those situations. My coworkers and I had to stop in at this location to grab a few items, and just kill a little time. After all, who doesn't make the best of it when you're getting paid to stop by a store and grab a few things? After our brief stroll through the aisles, collecting the products that will both improve our working experience, and fluff the receipt a bit to "stick it to the man", we headed to the checkout. Others were handling the business transaction while I waited. Suddenly, I had a craving. A craving for a moderately cold, sugar and caffeine packed 12 ounces of cherry-flavored, drug-adjacent delicious Red Bull. Our time in the store was quickly ending, so I rushed to the over used, rarely cold (like cold, cold. The kind of cold that hurts your hands, cold. These refrigerators are opened thousands of times a day, and can't possibly keep up with wild temperature fluctuations, so it's really not their fault, they try.) drinks refrigerators on the end of the checkout lines. I frantically searched one, two, glanced down the rows, but the third was out of reach. Alas, no delicious nectar. Defeated, but not content to leave without a drink, I reached in, and acquired the next option on my list of preferred beverages, a Monster energy drink. After scanning the substitute of perfection, I withdrew my wallet from it's pocket-home, and remembered I had recently opened a Home Depot credit card. I had not yet used it to make a purchase, so then, in that moment of defeat, I felt this would be my first transaction. After all, I couldn't get what I wanted, so why pay for it with MY money? I'll let someone else cover it for now, and pay it back later. So that's what I did. Since the infinitely wise marketing department hasn't bothered to have their computer AI slaves look at the purchases made before sending out survey requests, I thought I'd give someone a break from the daily grind of reviewing these mind numbing answers.                 I walked into Home Depot at Epps Bridge and was greeted by an employee that helped me find the mower I wanted. They went the extra mile to find it and then loaded it after the purchase. Great Experience!
