I recently purchased a large palm tree and the team that took care of the task was fantastic, they showed respect and didn't get frustrated by the task and we got the tree loaded in my trailer safely

About two weeks ago my wife wanted to upgrade our front yard landscaping. We went to the Atlantic - Girin Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32225. We wanted to purchase some landscaping blocks, the first trip we purchased about 60, and placed them. We did not have enough so we went back again and purchased 30 more, still had to go back and get 9 more. The staff was more than helpful in loading the materials in our truck for my wife and I as I have a Broken left leg and ankle. So after placing the blocks our yard now looks complete. The most helpful person was the Cashier, Kimberly as she was new to Home Depot and very pleasant to work with as she welcomed us into the store and thanked us for my Military Service and by our last names as we finished with our purchase. She alone made us feel very welcome in the store and for shopping at Home Depot as if we were the only customers in the store.

I bought these Ryobi Tools just this past week. These are great tools at a decent price.

I am usually intimidated by the knowledge of the employees, Home Depot has a reputation as the contractor’s store. This particular morning I was under a time crunch. A long awaited Tile setter was at my home and I didn't have the crucial materials I was expected to have. I walked into the store and froze like a deer in headlights. Associate Cam saw my frustration and stepped in to help. He helped me interpret the measurments, cost and walked me through getting the trim and wood cut in the store. I was in and out within about 15 minutes. I couldn’t have predicted and better experience. Truly grateful, love my community Home Depot store!

We are currently embarking on some minor improvements in our home. We have used Home Depot for some previous improvements and were satisfied with their product selection and installations.

We go there so much most of the regular employees know us. If I can't find it at this store I go back to the store I worked at and look. If not there hit up another HD. If there is no one to help, you go find someone and they will come and help. Most people who work at any HD are very pleasant and helpful. I certainly was when I worked there!

I went into the store to purchase a BBQ for my Daughters first home. Harry ( employee) treated me with respect and professionalism. Harry went above and beyond todays standards for customer service and helped with the entire purchase and made certain that I was happy with the sale. Harry took the time to ask me questions so that he could recommend the BBQ that would best fit my needs.

At this, Home Depot, you can always find a friendly associate. The shelves are very well stocked, and every item that said was available on the app was actually on the shelf! Everybody I have ever had contact with their are very nice and helpful. I really love this place! Great deals!

I bought something from Home Depot and I did not have the receipt, but I buy so many things from there and I usually pay for it with my Home Depot card and my credit card this particular trip I paid with cash and I tried to take the unopened wire back to the store and they would not even give me store credit and the amount of money that I spend in Home Depot. I was a little bit shocked and I I felt like I was stereotype and judged because they don’t give a reason on why they wouldn’t issue store credit. I’ve always operated with good character, good morals I’m an honest guy and it just really rubbed me the wrong way.

More than 2 times I was not able to get the RIDGID product that I wanted because they were either out of stock or don’t stock the item in store, then directed to online shopping which is inconvenient at times! I would recommend RIDGID but not the store at Atlantic and Girvin

Steven, Ray and Rocco are assets to your store. They were friendly, professional, helpful, and very apologetic when the “Clear” verification system was down. They each deserve a bump in pay.

I bought two beautiful blue ceramic pots for $11 each. My wife loves them, and they are quality pots. My transaction was seamless and the cashier was friendly.

I received sincere care from and every employee at all times while I was in the store, especially Michael.

I ordered a griddle top for my Weber grill online and picked it up at the store. The item was ready quickly, but I picked it up the next day. The associate at the customer service desk was friendly and helpful.

Great store, but some bean counter in the corporate office decided to do a clear verify system for tool rental. You now have to scan a QR code and go through a verification process every time you rent. Great idea except they forgot Home Depot is made of concrete walls and has poor wifi signals. They need a booster. I waisted 20 minutes waiting on my phone to finally get through this new process. I even logged into the guest WiFi and went outside multiple times before it finally worked.

As an elderly person with some memory/cognitive difficulties, I always find myself lost in your store. Your staff is always very helpful and actually walk me right to the item I am looking for. Much better than other store that just tell what isle it is on. Most of the time they are wrong.

The garden center area was closed down yesterday afternoon early. So I walked over to the main entry in the rain. When I got to the area I wanted to find the garden product I needed, there were no associates on the floor to help me....very disappointing. Then when I went to check out, the self-service checkout clerk was busy talking to another associate....trip was very disappointing.

HD always has the fasteners I need.
