I wish Home Depot would put in better lighting. Stores have always been dark. I was going to buy a washer but was told "everyone was at a meeting". So I went somewhere else and bought the washer.

Our 19 year old fridge stopped working. No complaints about 19 years! Heather in the appliance department helped us find the perfect replacement during a busy holiday weekend. It’s hear already and working great.

A nice clean and safe store. Generally has ample stock of the items we needed. Many helpful employees.

They charged me for parts they did not install and 2 weeks later added another $190 charge they cannot identify. They refuse to refund any of that.

Just got our LG dryer and washer on the appointed delivery date / time. Tested both and wife is super happy. The delivery crew didn't waste time and were fast installing both appliances.

Sometimes I will walk into a store and you can’t find a single person to help you. But not at this store. There were employees everywhere stocking shelves greeting customers and available at a moments notice to help.

I recently went to the Girvin Home Depot to use the automatic key making machine. My key got stuck in the machine. Several employees attempted to help without luck; we could not reach the key making company. Then Shayne calmly came over, unplugged the machine without saying a word...and the key came out! He was calm, cool, collected and humble in the face of my praise. Simple but genius!

If I could give this review zero stars I would. This was the WORST shopping experience I ever had. Im a young female and asked an employee to unlock the drills because i wanted to buy the one my electrician friend recommended to me when another employee came up and asked why I needed a drill and what it was needed for (in a condescending tone, not helpful tone). The 2 employees then went into mansplaining to me that I shouldn't need a drill...That i should have friends for that, that I must've hit the lottery if I could afford a Milwaukee drill (which was on sale and only $30 more than the basic one they said i should get)..I feel verbally assaulted with everything they said to me. They commented on my skill set / abilities, salary, and usage of the drill and completely made me feel embarrassed for even asking for help. They made me feel like I was wasting their time. I was so in shock I didn't even get their names and rushed out of the store with the items I purchased. I won't be shopping at this location again and hopefully...as a woman...I can figure out how to use this drill (because apparently it's beyond my abilities as a young female trying to get projects done).

Not often that you have a good experience at any store anymore but Brianna was helpful at almost closing time. She helped me find the items that I needed and also was very pleasant when checking me out with 3 troublesome kids.

I frequent this store on a almost-daily basis and each time for the most part the associates are always knowledgeable & friendly!

I was unable to get an employee to help me. The cashier was very unprofessional n refused to respond to my questions!

People are so courteous! Overall, pleasant, awesome experience from the minute, I get in the store, until I checkout and leave!

I have always been coming to Home Depot for all of my home improvement needs. The products and services are dependable and the staff are wonderful!

We initially worked with a woman (don't remember her name), she was excellent and as her shift ended, Gracie took her place. Both ladies were extremely helpful and patient, as my Husband and I were in the store for 3 hours asking questions regarding our appliance purchase. We appreciate the help and left extremely satisfied with the customer service we received as well as our purchase. Thanks ladies!

A great shopping experience from the moment I entered the store and check-out. Professional and courteous employees throughout the store. Every time I stopped and appeared as if I was lost and needed assistance, someone appeared (on 3 occasions) Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience and although I live very close to the Lem Turner location, I will definitely make the Regency & Atlantic locations my favorites.
