Home Depot here always has exactly what I need for all my Landscaping and has the best customer service and it's not seeing a familiar face every time I come she keeps the atmosphere happy friendly and does an excellent job great Garden Center

Excellent service by the pluming department and cashiers.

Generally my go-to HD. Usually good service although sometimes tough to find people working the floor who can provide assistance (i.e. too few employees on the floor). Rental center has always been very helpful.

In my opinion, the Girvan rd location is on the ball, especially the Pro desk. The desk is supported by experienced associates who can answer most questions. Even when they are busy (6.30 to 8.30 am) they always have a smile and get you through and out the door. Great job

Went in for a washer and dryer. I had done my research but still could not make a decision. The individual assisting us was patient and listened to what I wanted. customer service is superior to competitor just down the street. Both stores have similar items but the customer service will keep me coming back to Home Depot

The parking lot was well shaded with large trees, since it was about 90 degrees outside. We parked our vehicle in the shade and it was not 150 degrees inside when we left. All sales associates were friendly and helpful. Cashier was great. Thank you.

The only reason I do not recommend this store is for large purchases ie...refrigerators. My refrigerator was delivered with a damaged door hinge. The delivery driver was in such a hurry, he was pushing it in place with packing still on the back. They left so fast I did not have time to do a full inspection. Found the damaged hinge, called Home Depot and they pushed me to LG support. I filed a service call with LG, and they say 3-5 business days I will be contacted....9 business days later still no contact. This is by far the worst post purchase experience I have ever had. I want to return this refrigerator now, but am sure that will be like sailing across the Atlantic in a paddle boat.

The store employees are very helpful. Home Depo on Atlantic and Girvin as well as the one on South 3Rd street and JTB in Jax Bch have some of the most friendly workers. They look to help customers who appears to be lost. They volunteer to help in loading with a smile on their face.

Most employees were friendly and would point me in the right direction for the product I needed, but Chad took my list and guided me down each aisle to find the specific item I needed. When there was a variety of choices, he made suggestions for which item would be the best for me. Chad should train others in the skill of excellent customer service!
