although the online inventory showed 56 of the items i needed (15" x 8'-0" melamine shelving material) upon arriving at the store 20 minutes later, there were none on the shelves. this was the second store where this had occurred, the first being the Linwood st, kansas city , mo location. the associates at the Bannister location spent time looking for the product, but there were none available. we found a substitute (melamine boards of that size, but drilled for adjustable shelves), and they offered them to me for the same price as the ones that were not drilled. Jalen & Tonya were very helpful in this. Jalen then accompanied me to the cashier to make sure they were wrung up properly, and then helped me load them into the car. very, very nice to have this help in finding the product and following thru all the way to the purchashing and loading.

The whole store was clean and well maintained.The employee's were very nice and helpfull

This store is close to me and have what I need or want. Sometimes you have to wait for someone to help, but I don't know of any place of business that's any different. I would recommend this store which has improved over the years.

Everyone that works there is so helpful and accessible! I never have to wander around the store looking for anything - and all associates know exactly what aisle to send me to when I ask. There was even a checkout employee that noticed an item I was about to buy was defective. I didn't notice, but she did. She took off 10% since I had to go back to get a non-defective item.

I purchased a Watchdog sump pump battery and acid. Sales associate Guy was excellent helping me and explaining what i need to do, and how to do it correctly. I appreciate his high level of professionalism. Guy is a definite asset to Home Depot. I will be back to shop, and look for Guy. Thanks for the extraordinary customer service Guy.

Needed to purchase landscaping mulch for backyard project. I expected to pay $4.00 per bag, instead I found a great sale (4 bags for $10.00 for premium mulch). I saved $36.00 for this visit to Home depot. At this price I will be back for more mulch....

I was greeted right away as I entered lawn and garden by Ray and Tez. I asked if they could assist me in my purchase of landscape bricks and also if they could help me load 75 of them in my vehicle. They acquired the necessary equipment and brought the pallet of bricks to my vehicle and helped to load them in to my truck. I was afraid I would have to handle each brick twice by placing them in to a cart and again in to my truck. As it turned out, I maybe touched a third of the bricks once as Ray and Tez did the rest. Awesome service. I am very appreciative of such great service. Thanks Guys!

During every visit we are well taken care of by store associates and cashiers. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This location is our go-to for nearly all of our home improvement purchases.

I shopped in the outdoor garden center and found it well stocked and orderly. I was able to find the plants and hanging baskets that I came for and they were on sale. There is a wide variety of plants on hand and I will be back.

All the associates were friendly, courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Brian Taylor and Willie Electricman stood out as exceptional and professional associates that did above and beyond the normal call of duty and deserve a medal.

This is definitely the best Home Depot I have ever been to.

We had assistance from the staff from the moment we walked in the entrance. Everyone was friendly and interested in helping us find what we needed.

Store was very clean and I found everything I needed. The employees were very nice and considerate. The cashier was very nice.

Associate followed me back to my vehicle asking me if I had any bulbs with me; after she noticed me looking at in store entrance. I showed her my purse in cart with my umbrella and told her, she better look! I also showed her my broken bracelet; which was reason I returned so soon to my vehicle, tracing my steps to see if I could find more coral beads from broken bracelet! After I returned to store, she steered me to aisle for 'Pennington Grass Seed' which I was looking for. Love the selection of products and truthfully could spend hours looking at new innovative products. Great selection! Thanks for such a handy store on Bannister Rd., Kansas City, MO. and also one in Belton, MO. I asked Andre; cashier about credit card information that was stolen last year on customer's credit cards; which mine was one. I thought I had received new card, but when he looked online, he did not see. Told me I had to go to customer service, but I didn't want to spend the time today! Andre was friendly gent.

I've had multiple bad experiences with the employees at the Bannister Home Depot in the past. I submitted a complaint about this and was surprisingly contacted by phone by the General Manager who assured me he was correcting the situation. Since then, I've noticed a dramatic difference in the employees helpfulness and professionalism. I have been repeatedly impressed with one cashier in particular. The cashier I'm most impressed with is Andre - AWG2QK. He clearly takes his job very seriously and has an unmistakable sense of pride in his work that is unusual this day and age. He's always been very attentive to my needs and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I have all the help I need. He is always extremely polite as well. He makes an effort to converse about appropriate subjects and make a person feel as though they're with an old friend instead of a cashier. I've been going to this store for years and he always remembers me, is genuinely happy to see me and when he asks me how I'm doing that day I feel as though he really has a sincere interest. He really gives the store a "small town" feeling. I live just as close to the Belton Home Depot as I do the one on Bannister. Due to the feeling that Andre has caused me have about the Bannister store I just automatically go to the Bannister store instead of the one in Belton.

I visited Home Depot today and was very pleased and impressed with this experience. I have had in the past not so good experiences. Over the past 6 months I have seen an improvement in Home Depot at this location. Today was exceptional. It was the same associate which I have always witnessed going above and beyond to be helpful to myself and others. Thank You Home depot. Please keep up the good work.

The store was clean, products that I needed were available, associates were available if I needed help.

the store was very clean . in the garden center the staff was not help full at all , I did note staff on there cell phones texting or on the internet . the staff over 30 ish was helpful , the staff under 30 not so much . I did note one young man sitting outside in lawn and garden not helping load bags of gardening supplies for customers ... : (

Great to shop here. They have everything I want and things that I didn't even know that I wanted when I walked through the doors.

The store was very clean even the bathrooms. The clerks and cashiers were very friendly with prompt service.

Whenever I visit this store, the help I receive is sincerely given. This store has great customer service and normally adequate staff. I also have used to purchase items for pickup at store out of state. Prefer this store for all alternate store pickups.
