I love coming to this Home Depot and the help I got from the people that worked here. This is the first home improvment store I got to if I need anything for a project. I had Don help me load a bunch of materials into my truck. Great guy and very kind!

Helped with loading Heavy Purchase into car.

It is cold therefore keeping warm was on my agenda I had to find a way to keep the cold air out I had an idea to buy plastic to cover my windows however I've never done it before so I really didn't know what was a good product to use . I was advised to use the products I purchased and was given the assistance to find them. I was relieved to have a one stop shop which hasn't been so since Covid That in itself was much appreciated along with product availability and good customer service.

Younger associates dont offer to help. Good lumber selection though.

Monique Cooper from flooring was amazing to work with and was such a kind person. She truly went above and beyond with expectations.

I needed help. Loretta didn't hesitate to help me while she was busy doing her inventories. She was very knowledgeable, kind, energetic, and beautiful!!!

Shannon has worked in a lot of difficult positions at the Bannister store over the last several years . She Alwayes shines , no matter where you place her . Always genuine , concerned for the customers welfare . Some people fake it , I can tell the difference

Came in to purchase a specific washer, was able to complete the transaction easily despite some complications

Consistently poor experience, from non-existent help on the sales floor to never, ever ANY cash registers open. I live five minutes from this store but like to forget it exists and drive to competitors unless someone has accidentally gifted me a Home Depot gift card.

Impressed by the large selection of kitchen faucets on display and an employee who answered all of our questions and was very well.

I am always delighted to patronize Homedepot. My experience very wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful patient kind professional in knowledgeable in assisting me.

Aulexi did a very good job helping me check out (I forgot my card home which is a long drive and she was able to help me check out with no issues unlike other stores). There was also an associate who helped me on the floor, but I can't recall her name.

I love the wonderful, warm customer service I always receive, when shopping at the Bannister Home Depot. The store is huge and always clean and very organized. I also like the busy but unchaotic environment. Always seems peaceful and calm but very busy.

I had to wait 20 minutes and no one showed up for the curbside pick up order. I went inside and talk to the associate only to find out that the order is still in the holding area. It’s a heavy order and ask for help loading. The associate told me she will get someone. Do you ever finish loading all the boxes to my truck and no one showed up again I am really disappointed in the lack of help. If no one is going to fulfill the curb side pick up order, just don’t offer it.

All the time I go to that store, I am well treated with respect and the employees help me find what I need and help me load my car.

The cashier came over and was going through our basket while we were scanning our items. She did not do this for any other customers and stated she was trying to help. We spent more time reassuring her of our item count and what we had already scanned. Probably should have went to an actual cashier. We spent more time waiting for her double checking what he had already done. Not a happy experience at all!!

I have not used it yet rather have not even the box and it is microwave oven.

While some of the employees are knowledgeable others just stand around waiting for their paychecks to be quite honest. We are never greeted when we walk in nor are we told thank you on the way out. We have to search for employees to help because they are never in their stationed area.

Purchased today and they fit perfect..

Close to my shops and much better service and product knowledge than the HD near my residence.

Hello, my name is Miss THOMAS and I just wanted to give a great review about Veronica. She is a wonderful young lady. She helped me last summer coming in getting a lot of product for the summer for my home and she’s always been professional quick to help out with no problem and jump in there when a customer is ready to be checked out Again she did a wonderful job again today and she should be recognized for her. Good job good work.

If you ever need help with cabinets or shelving, look for Shannon. She was a great help and took the time to meet every question and need I had. I was very encouraged by her friendliness and knowledge.

The employees here make you feel like an extremely valued customer. They don't just point the finger where things are located. They guide you to it. The help you from start to finish. I Love It!!!

Though prices may run a tad higher, you can't beat the helpful employees at this store. It's also well stocked and cleaner than most.

Fast service, didn't slip through the entranceway, and I didn’t recieve any negativity from the humans employed at this store
