Sales representatives are friendly and professional. They go out of their way to assist in the store as well as give good advice in your home improvement project.

I normally like and rate this store highly, but my visit on 08/18/20 changed my view on this. I observed customers along with employees/venders either not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. It is obvious the store is NOT enforcing rules set in place by Kansas City Missouri and not following guidelines from the science and medical community. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

When I ask a question about a particular product availability I am almost always told that store products are a corporate issue and they can not do anything about it. Home Depots look alike on the outside, but for some reason the products are in different locations inside each store. Some kind of consistency would be helpful, especially in these times when people want to be exposed to the general public as little as possible.

Since the COVID-19,I have been doing slot of home improvements. I must say that each time I've come into the store someone has always been there to helped me. I've completed my bathrooms, enhanced my outdoor lighting and now I'm putting in a new floor in my family room. Every single time I've entered the store I have received exemplary customer service. The men are knowledgeable and skilled.

The Bannister Home depot is close to me, and i have shopped it hundreds of times. they almost always have what i need "to get more done", and the people are always the greatest to help me! Home Depot wins!

plenty of people to help throughout the store. Extremely helpful in finding what I need. The checkout cashier, AngeleAngel funny, nice and helpful.

I wish that I could give 0 stars. Worst hardware store I have ever been to. I would never go if it wasn't less that 2 miles from my house but I will be driving to any other one from here on out. They do not care about anything. Employees or customers. I have never seen a staff at a retail store try harder not to make eye contact so they can avoid helping you.

Have more inventory.

Purchased a Pergola at the Bannister Store. Joshua and Damon were the two store clerks that helped get this huge heavy box down from the high rafters. Took special care not to drop or damage the box or contents. These two young men helped us from the purchased and helped us to our truck to load it. So very thankful to these two young me. Kudos for great customer service.

Not as stocked as other stores in city

My cashier Emileigh was very Friendly in the garden area. That's very hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work Emileigh!

I think the employees should actually Ask customers if they can assist with something, instead of walking around in groups of two, talking and fiddling with their hair, nails, cell phones, etc. Also, the Products were not easy to find and the employees i encountered to ask for assistance began walking away as if too busy to assist me and were Rude. I think UNDERCOVER BOSS SHOULD VISIT THAT STORE. I SAW LOTS OF EMPLOYEES DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING,

The store was clean and employees very friendly and helpful.

I have been to this store a couple of times so this was not a one time experience.From the time I enter and leave the store I am greeted with a smile by every employee & asked if I need anything.This store is extremely professional,clean,organized,wonderful teamwork & a joy to be in.This store manager & all the employees definitely should be recognized for the wonderful professional jobs they are all doing in this stressful time.I have definitely recommended this store.

I HAVE TO ADMIT I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR 9 YEARS FOR MY JOB. TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO HUNT SOMEONE DOWN TO HELP ME. 2 EMPLOYEES SAID HELLO AND ASKED IF I NEED HELP. THEN THE CASHIER JOHN WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND ACTUALLY WANTED TO HAVE A CONVERSATION. I NORMALLY GO TO THE SELF CHECKOUT BECAUSE THE CASHIER ARE NORMALLY NOT FRIENDLY BUT JOHN SAID HE COULD ME HELP CHECK OUT.
