Purchased a 72” vanity from Homedepot.com and it was shippped to us with a broken top. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the issue resolve with the .com customer service people, we finally just went into the store. Within 20 minutes, we were heard, the issue was satisfactorily resolved and we felt like they actually cared that we were customers. Found out that the store and the .com people were separate entities even though they both carried the Home Depot name. Lesson learned-buy in store not online.

This is the 3rd large project I've done at my house this year. My experience with Jake on my first project went so well that I asked for him specifically on my following projects. Jake listened attentively, gave advice based on what he heard, and not based on making a sale, then moving on. From now on, EVERY project I do, I'll work exclusively with Jake and Home Depot.

Almost every employee there is extremely nice and helpful Mel Brett and Cody are always extremely helpful and extremely nice pretty much everybody at the pro desk and a few others. I try to make it a point to say hi to you every time I come in and vice versa.

Went to Home Depot looking at washers and dryers. Was greeted at the door when we walked in and when we got to the appliance section. Charles greeted us we started looking. After looking at all the washers and dryers on display, asked a few questions and Charles had all the answers. Very helpful in making our decision. Thank you.

Did not like it that I couldn't just buy it and take it on my truck.

Warehouse worker was very rude and disrespectful to his co workers and myself.

I was able to buy all new kitchen appliances because of special bundling at a better price than any place in the Dayton area!! I’m so excited to have a whole new kitchen.

I always love going to this location. The employees are great. They don't seem to mind stopping to answer my questions or pointing me in the right direction for something, or even showing me exactly where the item is. I've never had a bad experience here, and I prefer this store over any other hardware stores.

If you start anything with this store, be prepared to wait. No one follows up on phone calls. Then you try to call back and have to go through to front customer service desk. It’s averaged me 3 calls to get answered, then usually transferred to someone who isn’t at their desk. Following this I call back and get put on hold. Then I get to talk to someone who will “call me back”. This routine has happened 4 or 5 times on our project.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Charles in the appliances department. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us select a new washer and dryer. Charles took the time to explain the features of the different models and helped us fine the perfect fit for our needs and budget. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his expertise and exceptional customer service. He is a fantastic representative for your store!

Our Samsung refrigerator crapped out and we needed a replacement fast. Home Depot had a large selection and the salesman was very informative and patient with me. We will shop here again!

Is there a possibility that 2-inch thick Western Red Cedar lumber will be sold in your store? I think that it would be a popular addition as it is lighter in weight than comparable pressure-treated lumber, doesn't contain chemicals, and more pleasing for our Eyes.

This opener was purchased for my son for Christmas so it will be installed after Christmas.

Purchased five online. Two of the five was excellent. Three delivered came dented. I will have to invest my time in finding three more.

I purchased a propane fire pit for my daughter online the process was simplistic and they honored my military discount. I’d shop there again. It’s always been a good outlet to shop at.

service. simple word. basic meaning. yet today it seems difficult to find it. but my experience at this hd was different. as i made my rounds thru the store i was asked several times if i needed help. service. simple word. simple task.

4or 5 people Standing around cash registers. I still have to self check out. That's why I almost quit altogether going to home depot.

Nobody around to help. Horrible customer service and poor selection of products.

I wanted a piece of pre-cut 1/2" 2'x4' particle board. The price stickers on the shelves was $5.10, but there wasn't a sticker on the board. I was told at check-out that they use a system of paint stripes on the edges of the board. The problem was that when the clerk looked up the price it showed $12+. The clerk couldn't change the price, so I chose not to buy it. I was only buying two items ... a $200 ladder and the particle board. Had I been buying many items, I likely would have not noticed the change in price.

Staff was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

I needed a new string trimmer and a whole lot of mulch. Heather helped me with the string trimmer and the guys out on the mulch loading line got my 100 bags of mulch loaded into my trailer evenly dispersed to to make driving back hole safe.

I needed plywood for a project. I always check the 70% off bin and often I strike gold. Most recently I was aided by 2 wonderful employees who helped me get my wood, cut it and loaded it in my car. I really like home depot for all my go to building supplies. They are always great with having what I need and often will negotiate a price on slightly imperfect products. Employees seem happy at their jobs and are willing to help you find what you need plus give advice on repairs.

Every time I visit the Beavercreek location, someone always asks if I need any help. The staff always seems to be willing to help or find someone who can if it’s not in their area of expertise.
