Charles in appliances was very knowledgeable and friendly. The other big box store couldn't get the stove we wanted until at least 4 months out and wanted all the money up front. We will get the same stove from Home Depot in about two weeks.

From large appliances (free delivery), paint, light fixtures, countertops and varies odds and ends - This store made my new home so much better

My wife and I went in to look at washers and were very pleased with the customer service of Charles in appliances. His knowledge and explanations of products and manufacturers most definitely contributed to our decision and choice of product purchase. He was professional, courteous and very friendly. I would recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a new washer to seek out Charles.

Great feature the employee couldn't have been better. He was very helpful The Weak feature was they asked for help to load the items and no one came to help. I had to walk back into the store to once again request help. That was unacceptable.

Beavercreek store always has products in stock and everyone is always very helpful whenever we have had questions. We also get the same great service at the Washington Court House location.

I walked into Home Depot today thinking I would find exactly what I needed and ended up needed PVC cut into a million different pieces. I thought that Mr GT would stick the pieces through a saw but he actually took the time to hand cut the pvc pipes with pvc cutters. I appreciate the time and effort that GT made to make each cut accurate and straight. As well as the effort to connect with his customers. He asked about my project and was genuinely human in a time and age where most people don’t seem to care.

I just met a wonderful clerk that is happy greeting her customers like me. She was so friendly, a people person.

I always shop at the Fairborn Home Depot . I have always had a great experience. The items, the customer service and the prices is very important to me. It has never disappoint me.

One thing I will always say about the Beavercreek store is that all associates have been very nice and willing to go the extra mile.

I bought this leaf blower 12-18 months ago. I am so impressed by the battery life. It sat in my garage all winter (OH) and it started right up yesterday. Really happy with the power from it as well.

My wife and I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot in Beavercreek Ohio.The sales rep Charles was a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything about the refrigerator and the delivery.

Bought my flowers to plant for Mother's Day

Saw many employees at this store milling around and STARING AT THEIR PHONES. They evidently don't have enough to do there. No one asked me if I needed assistance.

they people who came to install our new washer didn't put the drain clip inside was not properly placed, they put the supply hoses were put on the wrong temperature lines, and those same hoses where not tight enough. Also they never leveled the machine. All of these issues lead to leaking around the base and loud clanking noises....all of which my husband was able to fix when he got home from work....in essence they were useless and caused more aggravation after an already anxiety producing experience (the reason we got a new one was our washer broke and flooded the basement.

I purchased an LG dishwasher at the Beavercreek Home Depot. Charles 5 was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained what to do once my dishwasher arrived to activate the 5-year extended warranty.

Flooring staff (esp Theresa) are knowledgeable and helpful. Coworkers respectfully helped with our purchase. The Manager that I worked with earlier in the week was not helpful and I was not going to return to the store. The flooring representatives saved our business and we will be coming back .
