When I was unable to find an item that the website said was in stock, an associate was quickly able to lookup the item and locate the isle for me.

I had not had to buy a mower for 15 years. I had been doing research on the best rated walk behinds and Home Depot had a number of the top rated ones available. The prices wee good. I ended up doing an upgrade on what I had planned on getting.

We were comparison shopping for a new washer and dryer, not only did Josh in appliances help us find what we wanted (without selling us what we didn't want/need), his customer service was so good we came back and bought from home depot. Before our trip we were adamant that we would not buy from there. Not only did he find us the best product and price point he went above and beyond in helping us shop, compare and figure out the best purchase for us. He was the reason we bought a washer/dryer from home depot.

Associates available to help locate a variety of supplies needed for home remodel. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Nice selection of supplies!

Went to buy paint and supplies to paint a few walls in my apartment. Had no clue what I was looking for other than the exact color. Hans, the associate in the paint department, was absolutely incredible. Helpful, friendly, quick, went and got everything we needed for us, and was extremely knowledgeable. Best experience I've ever had on a sales floor-- and I worked in retail. That man deserves a raise.

NEEDED TO REPLACE KITCHEN CABINET HANDLES, AND HAD TO GO TO THREE DIFFERENT STORES TO GET THE THIRTY HANDLES NEEDED. EACH STORE HAD ONLY ABOUT TEN IN STOCK.

Both Lowes and Home Depot are in close to proximity, but I prefer shopping at Home Depot because Home Depot's store layout is easier to maneuver and the accessibility and knowledge of the sales associates.

I found an item on the website that I couldn't get on-line and was able to check store availability so I could purchase it. Was happy to find it and a few other items I had been looking for! Thanks!!

they will actually hold something at the customer service desk for you even though they are not required to (good customer service ). The Washington courthouse Home Depot does not honor holding something for you for at least an hour ! I drove from the Washington courthouse Home Depot all the way to the Home Depot here in Fairborn / Beavercreek and they held something for me without a problem

Return of a product purchased online was more difficult due to the cashier not offering the option to refund the money to my paypal account when I asked for the refund to be put on my debit card. I overheard her tell a supervisor of the option to make the refund to paypal instead of a store credit and spoke up to tell her to refund the money to my paypal account.

You guys are the illest..if I needed a home depot to be my brah brah, id choose you.
