The selections were good in flooring and lighting. Associates were willing to help. Prices were clearly posted.

I ordered LED fluorescent tubes from Home Depot on line. I ordered one day and the next day they were delivered. Unfortunately, they were not what I needed (through no fault of the store). I returned the the tubes the same day I received them. The individual in Customer Service was very helpful in getting my purchase price refunded. I walked to the lighting area where another Associate helped me locate the exact item I needed. At check-out, the associate saw my wife and me approaching. Instead of waiting for us, she walked from behind the to help us get our items on the counter. She checked us put and soon we were on our way. As I was driving home, it occurred to me that the main reason I keep returning to Home Depot is the courteous helpfulness of store employees.

Home depot makes it easy to find what your looking for and over all the price are better than some places

Manager took care of a problem I had with no argument. It was great to not have to argue about the issue - he said no problem we will take care of it for you.

The store was clean. The items were easy to find. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Home depot.com said there was "limited availability" of an air compressor in stock. When I got there driving from Tipp City and the only one they had was the floor model, I wasn't happy. Store associate was nice enough to give me another one and matched the price of the one I was going to buy. I appreciate that. So far, after a couple uses, I think I like this one better than the one I was going to buy. Thank you to that hardware associate.

On a Saturday night I stopped into the Beaverceek HD and needed a grill for a Sunday grill out at our Pool Club picnic. I met with an associate and he was able to assemble the grill within 2 hours so the picnic was a huge success. Great Service going the extra mile!

This was a fun and pleasant trip to Home Depot with my husband and grandson. The first associate showed us the different halloween decorations. Another associate went out of her way to provide free stuff for our grandson. The check out associates were helpful and friendly.

Friendly Service , Lots of stuff I needed and Clean Store

Associates were excellent. Have had nothing but problems trying to complete my install of countertops. It will be 2 mos on 7 Sept since purchase. Still not installed and no date. And trying to charge me for services already paid for initially.

We were there to purchase allure flooring, after looking for about 10 min an associate walked by, I asked her a few questions about the difference between the snap planks compared to the sticky planks. She explained the difference between the two, which was very helpful in our final decision. We checked out at an automated checkout due to the fact that was all that was available. Personally I prefer a person to check me out. Overall pretty good visit, my only problem was having to check myself out.

We moved to the area and purchased our new washer and dryer at this store. We had a good in-store experience, the associate was helpful and the purchase was quick and easy. The only issue that we had was that the delivery had to be rescheduled for a later date because our dryer arrived damaged. Overall, it wasn't a huge inconvenience and the second delivery attempt went very well.

My brother and I shop at your Fairborn store often. Recently I purchased a shed and it was amazing how simple the employees made this. Last Friday evening it was installed while I was away and I can't convey to you how exciting it was to find it in my backyard upon my return home. The job the installer(s) did was first class. In fact, the entire experience was first class! Thank you.

The Beavercreek store was the most friendly Home Depot I have been to. I was impressed how the employees went out of their way to help. I had to use a scooter to get around the store and it stalled at the back of the store. An associate immediately noticed and helped me by running to the front and getting me another one. I only had to wait a few minutes and I was able to continue my shopping. Great Thanks.

The items I needed were in stock and available. As I was selecting one of the items an associate saw me and was about to ask if I needed help until it became obvious I knew the item quite well. At checkout another associate saw me pick one of the items up and came over to tell me that there was no barcode on those particular items. She had her phone out and looked up the SKU before the cashier knew that he would need it. She was also aware of the specific material of which it was made to ID the correct price. She was pleasant, helpful and fast. The ideal employee.

We had ordered closet doors that were only available online. We went in 10 days after we had received the confirmation email stating that they were delivered and ready for pickup in the store. Apparently the order was read wrong and the store had refunded our order because it was more than 30 days since the product was delivered to the store. We provided them the email and bank statement stating otherwise. The associate apologized for the mistake and luckily they still had the doors in the store. She even gave us a 10% discount for our troubles. We left the store on good terms and will return for future purchases. We always have encountered helpful and friendly staff and realize that mistakes are bound to happen from time to time.
