There is a huge hole in the parking lot, right next to a giant rock...people come zooming by here and it's really hard to get out.

The store is just too small and the aisles are cluttered up most of the time hard to get through

When the 6 year old builder-installed over-the-range-top microwave stopped working, I found the same model was still available at HD online with 3-day delivery. I purchased the replacement at my Bonita Springs HD, with installation. It was delivered at the promised time. The installers were fast and efficient. Out with the old, in with the new. Success.

I asked an employee where they were and he escorted me to the area where they were located.

I can usually find what I need at this store. Employees are very helpful. They carry a variety of products.

I am redoing a bathroom, and found many items I could order for this confusing project. I am happy to be a customer of HD.

I purchased some landscaping rock to fill in some places that I already had filled a few years ago.

Had electric question and the employee that day had been a master electrician for 25 years. Needless to say he answered my questions and gave me tips on install! There's always a knowledgeable staff member for most all questions.

I came in late on a Sunday. The man in the paint department was happily to help. He received the perfect product for my project. Everything turned out great.

Wendy (Bonita Beach Rd..Bonita Springs, FL) assisted me in selecting the perfect blinds. She was professional, personable, and took the time I needed to make a decision—without any pressure. I ultimately chose Levelor Light Filtering Cellular Shades, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

On two occasions I had an issue that was resolved above and beyond with no questions. it's rare to see this kind of customer service, and it will be my store of choice while here in south Florida.

The Waterpik shower head I bought had the features I exactly wanted. I had a variety of shower heads to pick from. I had the assistance from the employee in the plumbing isle as well as the employee in the check out. I always get great customer help in this store.

Invariably, whenever I shop here…if I ask an employee…’where canI find such and such an item…the answer I get is always (for example) aisle 22, bay 15 on the bottom left. How in the world do they remember that? It’s heartwarming.

Waited an hour to get a can of paint made up. No one was working from 745pm to 845pm. Apparently out on lunch break. Never left a sign to let anyone know. Manager said person would be there soon and waited another 30 mins. Usually a great store but this was pathetic. Never even offered discount for hour wait. Can’t be open until 10pm and have no workers from 745-845pm.

Every time I shop at this Home Depot in Bonita Springs every employee is very helpful and if one can not assist me, he or she will guide me on what to do or they will find the person in that department for me... Great workers!!

keep your electric mart carts close to the entrance. make appliance aisles wider.

Store is laid out well and very easy to get around

What a mess. Blocked aisles, machine breakdowns, poorly staffed, unfair and unreasonable checkout timelines. The absolute worst experience of any store!

I needed a appliances and hit the jackpot with a knowledgeable and helpful sales lady and would look for her again if I have a need for more

Aisles are too cluttered with merchandise. Sometimes you can’t hardly get through. That’s why you need a bigger store bigger you can sell more.

The delivery and installation company they use in the Bonita Springs/ Naples/Fort Meyers area is a joke and can not be relied!

Purchased 5 kitchen appliances. Purchase experience at store was fine although coordination and purchase with Home Depot kitchen remodel and appliances was very poor. Delivery/install people said a plumber would have to install. It is a standard installation. Delivered Tuesday. It’s Friday 5:00pm and now the weekend with no plumber contact. I paid $150 to hook it up and it sits here. Had to put a cork in the garbage disposal drain hole so I can use the sink. They could not hook up the washer/dryer because the only had flex vent. I asked them to let me hook up the water lines so I could use the washing machine and they refused to pull the machine out and hand me the water lines.

I have been shopping Home Depot for many years. The Bonita store stands out in organization of stock, knowledgeable staff, personable folks everywhere and experts where they are needed. Thank you for your attention to detail and staff treatment/training. I appreciate the trickle down effect it has on me, the customer.

We are in the process of replacing all the window blinds and shades in our condo due to hurricane damage. We were so lucky to deal with Wendy in the shade department. She was so knowledgeable and caring. She took her time even though we could see how busy she was she gave us her full attention. Offered us ideas and even when we changed things around a few times she never made us feel stressed. Not only was our experience working with her was outstanding. Because of our confidence in her we decided not to look any further and just place the order with Home Depot. And we are so happy we did because today Jake from HD came to our condo to messure and he was so easy to deal with he gave us some ideas and was so professional.

This is already one of Home Depot’s smaller stores, and these issues make it even worse. 1. Too many items placed in the aisles for sale making it difficult to navigate through the store. Not just a holiday time issue 2. The new layout for the customer checkout area makes no sense whatsoever. Trying to wind your way through to a cash register with a cart full of goods, and then bumping elbows and carts with everybody else trying to do the same instead of each cash register line being a straight shot in and out. 3. There are always unattended vehicles parked in the fire lane, making it both unsafe and difficult to navigate the parking lot. 4. The people who work there are very nice and most agree with theses issues saying “corporate doesn’t ask our opinions”

I bought a water heater, it broke while being under the warranty, they provided this number to make a claim (866) 279-4566, they always drop the call before completing the claim. This is disrespectful and inaceptable, Home depot continue this practice:(

Lee was the most Customer focused peron I have ever found in a Home Depot. She would be worth cloning. She went out of her way to find items in stock but not on the shelves. She also left the garden center with me to locate another item inside the store. She constantly greeted everyone she walked by. Truely a unique and pleasant experience.
