I found that all the employees at this store were very friendly and helpful. Just a great shopping experience all around.

The store is run very well by very thoughtful managers, asst. mangers and associates. Most employees are very helpful but few are as good as the experience I had with the flooring department with Frank and Mike. The store was well stocked and associates were engaged with the customers. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the floors. It seemed to be a layer of dirt and dust on the floors that needed the floor cleaning machine to make daily trips through the whole store. Overall rating I would give this store #6373 a 4.5 stars out of 5 and would love to shop here again — unlike the Fort Myers store 1.5 stars out of 5. Cust service was poor at the Fort Myers store.

Sales associate Dawn Kramer did an amazing job fulfilling my over the phone order. She is a excellent employee and should recognized and rewarded for doing her job so well. My experience at the #6373 Bonita Springs Home Depot was excellent because of Dawn Kramer.

If you want excellent customer service this is the Home Depot you want to visit. Mark in appliances is awesome. He is patient and kind and knows his product. The management ( Cindy) is professional and collaborative and will problem-solve to make sure things are correct. I have visited other Home Depot's in Florida and Ohio but have only bought multiple appliances from this store because of their attention to detail, their customer support and willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied.

All employees are amazing here and provide superior customer service. Teresita the manager is the best!!

This is not only the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to and the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. This store is the nicest and the best and most professional store I have ever dealt with in my life! I would recommend them very highly!

Never enough help on the floor.

I shop at two Home Depot stores. One is the store located in Attleboro, Massachusetts and the other is located in Bonita Springs. I prefer shopping at the Bonita Springs because they appear to be better stocked with a very friendly and helpful professional staff.

Don’t go for mill works no help at all Daniel swore at us and walked away when we asked her m to show us the door we needed instead of just telling use where he thought we would find what we needed didn’t answer any of our questions. We wanted to order a door and asked for help three times and asked for manager three times were in store for almost an hour got no help. Other employees apologized for manager not coming and no help to answer our questions and for rude behavior of other employee.

Great s services and wealth of products.A lot of my family

The cashier Norma brings her personal life to her job and this is not right . I don't see employees smiles anymore and feels like it's miserable to work and shop there .

I know nothing about plumbing let alone the inside of a toilet. Mind was running all the time nd water is very expensive. Anyway I was able to get someone to help me buy the stuff to put in the inside to update the toilet to keep is from running water all the time. When one goes into a particular area like plumbers, it is good to have someone there who knows about that stuff.. Not just a clerk who is reading a box like I can read the box as well.

the guys in paint department need trained in customer service. i get that your are older, but they don't seem very happy working there.

This is a great store, I have been many times and they have great associates. Most of very friendly and knowledgeable. Particularly Dre'. I definitely plan on going back.

Excellent customer service and price on appliances that at this time are difficult to get. I cancelled my order with another popular retailer in the Bonita/Naples area after having my order placed for 6 weeks (and paying up front) Retailer continued to string me along. I canceled and placed an order for a washer and dryer that I was more pleased with, at a better price and a delivery date within the week! I am very satisfied.

I winter in Florida and visit your store at least weekly and have never had a bad experience..

Had reason to visit the garden area yesterday and met the most helpful, friendly and cheerful employee, Dino! What a fun person to encounter. So helpful and just a bright spot in our day! We laughed and smiled and left with a smile in our hearts. Need more young people like this!

This store has caring employees that Express their interest in your experience. They truly take the time to make sure you get what you need at the best price. At these trying times it really is appreciated.

The employee I dealt with was rude and not helpful at all. When I asked about an item I was looking for in the automotive section, I was told: "This is not AutoZone". Maybe a little training on how to refer customers to retailers that carry the products Home Depot does not might be in order at this store.

Lack of help on some of the department. Poor customer service from some of the employee. One of them tall me is a self service area no employee or department manager around.

be prepared when visiting this store. aisles too congested. hard to maneuver. unable to shop selection due to full carts parked everywhere. many therapy dogs. garden center always has long lines, problematic registers. staff generally grumpy and not helpful. if you are expecting a safe environment ; looks can be deceiving .
