The design team is well versed in product and layout schemes. However, the manufacturer Home Depot work with are a bit unreliable when promising delivery times. Overall, customer service is great!

I had no expectations as I am not a regular at Home Depot but the salesperson in the flooring department was very kind and helpful.

I'd been trying several times to buy an item at my local home depot. No one answered my phone calls, questions and it was hard to get help. I was told to try your store. Sharon answered my phone questions, Jen loaded my ceramic wall tile on the cart, Candy rang me up and Rene loaded my car. It took all of 15 minutes. I had spent hours trying to find my item in stock, get answer to my questions etc. oh, I will certainly be back. It's worth the drive.

Customer service bungled my in-store credit from the last failed attempt to shop at Home Depot. Wasted the better part of an hour and the store pocketed my credit, customer service rep said I was trying to use a spent card even though the credit amount showed up before she cancelled my transaction. No one around to help.

Yesterday I bought a butcher block that was advertised as in-stock online but there was a conflict with instore pricing. Jen and Jodie were very helpful with bringing my purchase to fruition. Thanks again to the both of them for all of their help!

went to this store looking for a basic fridge for replacement of an older model, the sales rep was super friendly and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and it was a quick transaction with no tax and free delivery coming soon

We purchased a new LG dishwasher and microwave oven. There were many options from which to choose. The sales rep told us of the different advantages of each brand and did not push one brand over another. He also explained special purchase options being offered by Home Depot.

I have to say that this store is a very good store to shop. They seem to have just about anything you need or want to buy for home and then some. What they don't have, they can order for you. The people there are usually very nice and helpful. All in all, just a very good experience.

I had to return a couple outdoor lights that weren’t working. The Young lady at customer service couldn’t be kinder or nicer . Her supervisor was the same. Very very helpful. Also, Mark and Lisa in the appliance department were exceptional. They were helpful, kind, caring and very professional. I have not experienced this treatment in a very long time. Usually sales people make me feel like I’m doing them a favor or being annoying. Not Mark and Lisa. They did their job to perfection.

This store had what I needed . I've shopped here before , have rented a truck here . Some times the store appears cluttered and stock needs put up but overall I like the brands you sell , I'm sure like most places your short on help . Thanks

At long last, Home Depot is getting it right. It's been several months since I shopped there and was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff. RENE was especially helpful. He walked all the way to the back with me to help me find something. Also, the man at the Customer Service area took time to help me and offered to check me out. I am very impressed! I did see one clerk typing and reading on her cell phone, but all others seemed busy and cheerful.

If. you need to shop at a nearby Home Depot store, this is the one to go to. The minute you walk into the store, you can tell you are going to have an easy time finding what you need and there are plenty of customer service clerks to ask for help if you need it.

Make sure speak to manager and get there full name they posed as manager but did not give me there full name found out that there no manager under that name and they never get on phone just employees try help you out on this issue A manager was needed took over a week my issue was not resolved I had call 1-800# lady credit me under three minutes I been home depot customer over 30 years never experienced this

I purchased a large amount of materials yesterday for a project and had trouble finding enough of one item. Rodney saw us looking around and asked if he could help. He searched to be sure we were getting the correct items and found the shelves with that item was low in stock. He had to go outside to locate a new pallet even though we only needed 2 more boards, and bring it in with the forklift. Any other employee might have just brought 2 boards and left it for someone else to restock, however, he brought the full load, with a smile on his face and conscious of the need to watch for safety of folks nearby. He did whatever he could to assist us and ensure all our needs were met while being a genuinely professional and charming person.

Happy with their guidance on flooring and carpeting ; great job steering us in the right direction with the correct quality .

I didn’t catch eithe if their names but two staff members helped us find ground stakes for our archery net. Never had such good service at a Home Depot before!
