I like this store very much. I always use this store it is my favorite place to buy my materials. The store has nearly everything I need.

I bought tile and basic tile laying components from 2 associates and they both were very knowledgable regarding my needs

We met with Florence in your Kitchen Cabinet area of the store. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided many ideas and information that will help us make a good decision as we design a home bar for our kitchen.

All the appliances were on sale for the best prices I had ever seen. I saw the perfect refrigerator (an LG bottom freezer in stainless steel) at the lowest price ever. The sales associate was so helpful that I couldn't resist the great deal. Bought the refrigerator, delivered the next week and LOVE IT. So glad I stopped into Home Depot that day. Love shopping here.

Upon entering this store thru the Garden Dept. I was not greeted by the cashier, because she was busy texting on her cell phone. I informed her supervisor when I was checking out after shopping. The overall shopping experience was very good. The associates that I was helped by via phone and in store were very helpful and attentive. Keep up the good work.

The two associates that helped me during my visit were very helpful and friendly. I regret not paying attention to their names to mention them on this review.

great service in picking up and returning chain saw

Lately, I have been in this store several times getting remodeling supplies and scheduling estimates. I have met different employees in windows, paint, lumber, and plumbing and all shifts seem to have well qualified help. Makes my tasks easier.

I recently picked up a sheet of plywood. I quickly found an associate who ripped it for me which made it easy to load in my car. At check out, Another associate quickly scanned it in for me and asked if I needed help loading it. I didn't need help that day but appreciated her smile and thought-fullness.

i had to do a lot of running around to get my sale item. i saw it on a tv commercial but the people working in the main store and the garden center had no idea of what i was talking about and were full of excuses that didn't help me at all, i just wanted the sale item.

A store associate took the time to help me special order air filters. Because some information was not available at the store, she will gather details about the potential purchase and call me within 24 hours Her assistance was above and beyond what I had hoped for.

I purchased a room air conditioner that I had researched on line. I had to walk to the opposite end of the store to find an associate to ask where they were. I had to go back to isle two near where I walked in. Once I found the air conditioner and loaded it on a dolly I had to use the self check out.........there were no registers open! An associate did scan it for me so I didn't have to lift it on to the scanner, but I had to wait for him to help others, including another associate. No one asked if I needed help loading it in my car.

Had an excellent experience from the time I first entered the store through the lawn and garden entrance. Was warmly greeted, then assisted with my purchase by another associate who was most helpful and in listening to me talk about a different situation offered to introduce me to a particular associate in another department who then was extremely helpful in answering my questions and volunteered to go beyond my expectations to find a meaningful answer.

The store never changes so I know where everything is so I can find what I am looking for quickly.

did not have the moen cartridge I needed in stock so I had to buy a different brand and had trouble installing it as didn't fit right, Ifinally was able to get it in place.

The store is well situated , staffed appropriately, and is normally well stocked. Location on a main highway just off the interstate makes getting to the store easy.
