Very friendly and helpful

Love the associates at this store. They go out of their way to help even when you are not looking actively seeking help. In a discussion with my husband, and associate offered his assistance and his expertise in the use of the products we were debating on. It was so great to get the help we didn't even know we needed. It was even better that the associate seemed to possess professional experience in the use of the products.

I was pleasantly surprised by the extreme amount of knowledge of tools that the lady who came to help me had. She was friendly, had answers to questions immediately ( so I knew that she knew what I was asking and was intelligent about power tools and I could trust her information) ! I wasn't getting smoke blown up well you know !!! The first younger lady I spoke with said she would like me to speak with a lady who was up to date on power tools !!! Boy was she right !!! Glad I got her to wait on me !!! Worked hard to figure out the best bundle to satisfy my needs and keep the cost as low as possible !!! Way to Go Home Depot !!! I told her I wanted the home Depot product that had the lifetime warranty as long as I owned it !!! I had a product before that I only had about a year and now it is in a shop waiting for repair and will have to pay to get it fixed. Your warranty on the tools which carry that warranty just can't be beat for sure !!! Happy camper !!! Thanks Dan

Everyone is always helpful at this store. The associates are always friendly. Everything is usually in stock.

I have been in various home improvement stores and that includes Home Depot. I was shocked and surprised at the helpfulness of the employees on this trip. It was further to drive to this location but well worth it. I will be looking on line and visiting this store for other items we need. If you have been to this store in the past, it is well worth it to visit it now. This group of employees are what customer service is about.

associates were very friendly but did not know where to find items. Let your younger employees know that they can always ask for help from more seasoned employees. They rely on computers too much. After me asking employee to consult with older employee, we found the item I was looking for. Store has good selection of product.

The store was very clean and everything was easily found I digest this store if you are looking to improve your house or just for basic household items. There Halloween decorations are amazing.

This location has exceeded my expectations every time I visit. I never get frustrated about not being able to find someone to help me when I need it. I do not have to walk all over the store looking for an employee to ask questions to. They have gone above and beyond with helping me find what I need and explain how things work. The associates have also enteretained my three year old son by listening and replying to his silly stories! Thanks team!

I cannot behind to express how awesome the customer service here was. This was our first visit being that we relocated to the area. At every turn there was an employee asking if I was finding everything ok. And the one time I actually turned to go find someone to ask a question, it was like he knew and appeared. LOL. The timing was impeccable. While checking out, the cashier went out of her way to talk to my three year old and show him her favorite decoration for Halloween in the next aisle! Such a great experience after making a trip for some things we needed for the house!

I was shopping during the paint sale. Customers were like ants kicked up in a ant hill ( busy as heck). And a wonderful woman made a minute to win it by taking care of the paint I needed. Kudos to all the Home Depot Team as it shows. Thanks ! So no matter how busy or slow , I have always been number 1 here.

A good store to shop with helpful employees!

I have been shopping at the Canton store since it opened and find it to be a store that I enjoy going to. The employees seem to be well versed on the products and merchandise in the store. The store is always clean, well stocked and friendly.

WE have been to this store several times while working on a patio project. We've had lots of trouble finding store associates to help, get stock quantity information and getting them to listen when we tell them the shelf is empty. Shopping has taken way to long and the project is behind. This is frustrating when you know what you need and can't get it quickly and efficiently.

I was there to return 4 defective items (light bulbs) under warranty to the returns desk. The clerk said they would not honor the 10 year warranty even though they were less than 3 years old. I needed light bulbs, so I went to the proper location and shelf, found 4 replacement bulbs that I needed and headed to the check out location. Two registers are open, but the #2 register is obviously not getting any thing done/accomplished because there are THREE employees standing there gabbing with each other doing NOTHING. The clerk at register #1 is trying to ring up the customer just ahead of me but does not seem to know what she is doing and is having trouble because it is a single item of 30 ft. of large cut rope and since it does not have a UPC code on it, she can't do it. The customer ahead of me appears to know more than the clerk does that is serving him, but at least she is TRYING to do her job, even if slowly. After some time and effort, making a call back to the rope dept. , she is able to ring up the purchase. Eventuallly he pays for his rope and escapes. Customers are piling up behind me. The 3 other employees keep yakking and laughing and joking with each, doing nothing constructive. I pay for my four items and go to leave and notice that a FOURTH employee has joined the gabfest with nothing getting done, and the 3 customers in line behind me all have disgusted looks on their faces. I worked in a small town hardware store for 5 years and if our manager had seen what I saw, I am pretty sure the gabbers who were doing nothing would have been looking for new jobs the next day. Good customer service brings return customers. Bad service sends those customers down the road to your competitors.

A terrible time trying to get help. Associates completely ignored me.
