this and the Massillon store are the 2 friendliest HomeDepots ive been to. they usually approach you to help instead of having to hunt someone down

I ordered custom blinds for my home & Sarah was excellent! She had several distractions from customers & coworkers, but still had her focus on helping me as well as helping everyone else. She completed my rather large order with perfection & I was out of there in much less time than I had anticipated.

I would definitely recommend Michael who was working in the Customer Service Department. Very pleasant and helpful person.

I have to say I come to this store at least 3 or 4 times a week and the customer service is on point!!! A Home Depot employee in the door department, Stefan, went above and beyond in service. I asked an informational question about a door I had on order. He gave me a factual answer but when he noticed that I was a bit disappointed with what had been ordered, he took the initiative to work through getting me what I needed. It took some time and a number of phone calls, but he never acted put upon. I am impressed that Home Depot hires people of this caliber.

Your store is great and so are your employees, except the employee who designed your survey, because it doesnt accomodate my transaction because I ordered the item using my home telephone and not from an instore visit.

Great selection and store is well organized. Sales staff and cashiers are very friendly and efficient. I am half way between the Canton store and the Akron store and I choose Canton 9 out of 10 times. Much better overall experience!

Spoke with several different employees during our visit on 11/13/2020 and each one was very informative and helpful with our shopping experience. We were trying to find wallpaper and a backpack blower and each department employee answered our questions honestly and efficiently. Also had an issue at the self checkout and received immediate assistance from a very pleasant employee! Will be visiting this store again when we get back to Canton!!

Staff professional and helpful with assisting us in home repairs

When ordering appliances very slow process it took over 2 1/2 hrs on a washer and dryer because they didn’t know what they were doing the manager was called to help give us a discount for the inconvenience and walked away without a care

If you want excellent and friendly customer service this is the place to be. The employees go out of their way to help make your shopping experience the best that it can be. They are very knowledgeable about everything that is in the store.

The Home Depot is a rare find. The store is well stocked and maintained. Not a easy feat during there unusual times. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. If they do not know the answer , they find someone to assist. I would like to give a special shout out to the staff in the flooring and door/windows departments. We have had some unusual setbacks with some of our projects. Both departments have gone above and beyond to rectify the problems. Thank you
