Amazed and helpfulness of customer service in paint department. Associate was helpful, had knowledge and great attitude. He was able to suggest what was needed after listening to your project. We will visit this tor all our projects due to the great customer service. After all, we can get the same or similar products for about the same price in other stores but customer service really does make a difference.

I bought some lumber and was helped by cashiers Catrina and associate Isaac. They were very spirited and kind. I've heard of the "Homer Award Program" and think they should get a badge! Most front end employees are very kind here. Just maybe not enough to cover the whole front?

Paint department knows their stuff and explains why you need to do whatever and what will happen if you don't.

It was a quick trip in & out because staff helped me find what I was looking for AND hefted it into the cart and came out & loaded it into my car.

CIti Bank is failing Home Depot miserably. 1) it took over 3 weeks to get a card. 2) the card was issued with a $501.00 credit limit. Well below most of my purchases, resulting in an almost unusable card. My credit score is consistently over 800. 3) After several unsuccessful attempts to have my credit limit increased I sent $2000.00 so I could purchase products I need for renovation. When I when to purchase a door for $730.00 the purchase was denied even though they still had over $1,100.00 cash and unused credit of $501.00. 4) I couldn't believe it, the store employee couldn't believe it, so with the representative on the line I borrowed scissors from the store employee and cut the card in half. 5) I purchased the door with my Mastercard. 6) So all of those extra points I should have received were empty promises.

Came in to pick up bday and Xmas gifts after work tonight. All staff was friendly and patient. So happy they had the freezer I wanted in stock, since it’s a hot item this year!

Stephanie and Reyna went above and beyond to help me come up with a solution to a carpet repair I need to preform.

They were out of stock at their store and found one at the Wadsworh, Ohio location. Wadsworth held it for me and I went there to purchase.

Austin S. who works in Lumber went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. As a girl who isn’t handy with power tools herself, he was extremely friendly and happy to help me. He assisted in pulling sheets of plywood and helped to cut each piece to my size requirements with precision and safety at the forefront. He was very patient with me and explained the additional cuts being an extra charge and did not make me feel as if I was a bother. Thank you so much Austin, you were the best! :)

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

I was impressed with the personnel available and the knowledge in their perspective fields. There were actually knowledgeable people to help with my questions. What a great feeling to go into a store and get knowledgeable assistance when so many stores lack personnel. Actually had fun.

We have shopped at this store for many years. The people are helpful, the store is clean, and they are pet friendly. I appreciate them for helpful service that they have always provided.

Bought new vinyl flooring installed easily and it looks great

During a trip to my Home Depot, I forgot my wallet, but didn’t realize it until I got a call from the store manager Mikey Butler. Mikey assured me my wallet was secure until I could pick it up. He was absolutely right, when I went back to the store, my wallet was under lock and key. As most men, my life is in that wallet. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was intact. Shout out to store 3810 manager Mikey Butler and cashier William who are my “Lifesavers “!! Thank you gentlemen, nice to know there are still decent people in the world, and they work at Home Depot!

Patrick in lawn and garden is extremely helpful and genuine. He worked with me to find the right lawn mower and all the way to helping me take it out of the box after I purchased and getting in my SUV. Can't say enough good things, see Patrick in lawn and garden!

I needed a few items to bring to my crew, and I had a list with me that I brought into the store. I walked around slightly aimlessly when I first came in, wondering where to get some of these items until Jerry approached me. Jerry took the time to walk me through every relevant aisle until all the items were completely checked off my list. He also checked in with me to make sure I didn’t need anything else. He was incredibly thorough and nice. I hope I run into him again when I shop here.

I shop here regularly and I when I need help, there is always someone to help me. A young man named Tate helped my last visit and he went up and beyond helping me with my needs. Most of the employees have most helpful and they even say hello and ask if help is needed in just passing. Great customer service.

I used to really like this store, but the cashiers have gotten to the point that it ruins any convenience or good sales to make it worth going here. You will be told something different from each one, and they are so certain of themselves. Giving inconsistent information on store policies, attitude, and wasting my time are why I have decided not to shop here anymore.
