Unfortunately the store employee wouldnt let my in law use my store credit from a return. They said I had to be there in person and wouldnt call me to confirm or anything. I have to reimburse my inlaw and have a card that I dont really need because they wouldn't give cash back. Returns are absolutely horrible and I'm frustrated in general with the lack of customer service.

I appreciate employees coming up to me and ask if I needed assistance and provided it!

Every time I go in to shop and need assistance there is always someone willing to help and goes above and beyond.

This Christmas season my wife and I went to the Canton Home Depot for items for our sons. Store employees helped us to find just the right products and when one was out-of-stock, Harmony walked us over to customer service where we ordered the exact, "just right" item for home delivery. My wife even signed on to my Home Depot credit card...I have lost my "guy hideout". Since my wife now sees Home Depot as something more than hammers and shop tools, I think I will be having company on my Home Depot runs.

I was very disappointed with my trip to this store, I have trouble walking and out of the 5 mobility carts only one was working and it died after 10 minutes. I was also told that to get my veterans discount I needed to download the store app and set it up through there, I was given my discount only after I said forget the purchase that I would go to a different store. The store looked dirty and only had a limited selection of space heaters. I saw several employees but only one seemed to be happy and one made me feel like I was in their way. The cart issue has been an issue previously at this store, I probably won’t return to this store again because of the cart and discount issue.

Tedd is very knowledgeable of the products offered. He is very helpful and will never pressure you to buy.

A store employee informed us they were out of a Black Friday deal. We chose to purchase something else. As we were checking out he ran over and told us he found 2 items we had been looking for. The cashier was patient while my wife went to retrieve the item we had went to Home Depot for. The associate went over and beyond to find us so we could make the purchase we wanted.

Melissa went out of her way to help. She was kind, knowledgeable, very thorough in getting me what I needed. She loved her job and cares for customers. She was outstanding!

The employees there and managers really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great, non stressful shopping experience with their help and knowledge.

Searched for a particular snowblower and to compare prices! Knew what I wanted and at the end of October other stores said out of season! Not available! To my surprise Home Depot had said item in stock! Very pleased with this transaction and employee professionalism! Friendly courteous and helpful!!!Thanks!

I needed carpet runner cut to length. I found what I wanted within 5 minutes of entering the store. After that it took stopping 2 associates for help and waiting for a third to finally help me.

Never disappointed with any of my purchases that I have made at this location! Friendly staff and knowledgeable about everything!

No, we are not related. I have been shopping at this store for many years and have always found your employees to be extremely friendly & courteous which is very important to me. I have written letters to your manager, Jay, complimenting his employees for a great job.

I purchased a tool chest, Husky brand. The employee who assisted me was very thorough and took his time to help me. He then helped load it into my vehicle.

I purchased a Dewakt 4 gallon back sprayer. It was located on an upper shelf. It required an employee to use one of the stairs to get it down from the shelf. She did so without complaint and was extremely helpful and thanked me for being so patient.

Today we purchased a Weber Grill and Quinn assisted us with that process he was excellent!

Some employees are very energetic and happy to see you. Others seem like they hate their job and are upset they have to do their job. I don't want to list departments or describe the bad ones publicly.

Will never shop anywhere else for much anything that I need for my business. Amazing customer service and employees.

This is our second time having horrible issues with Home Depot’s delivery and installation. We ordered, from a different store (Rossford, OH), a set of all new kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher) which included free delivery. The delivery people did absolutely everything in their power to not install a single appliance. They came up with every excuse in the book as to why they could only install the microwave. Today we ordered a new dishwasher from the Canton, OH store and paid for haul away of our old dishwasher. We were told they ‘couldn’t’ install the new one because the water shut off valve is in our basement and it’s a ‘liability’ for them to walk down a flight of stairs. However, the delivery people who spoke very little English, no dig to them but it made communicating this issue very difficult, told me that they could not haul away the old dishwasher unless it was sitting on our front porch. I explained that we paid for that service and the paper work we were given said the old dishwasher simply had to be unplugged but they just told me to call customer service. Again, nothing against the delivery people they are just doing their job, but I can’t understand why it is so hard for Home Depot to clearly communicate with buyers and installation/delivery workers what is supposed to happen.

This is my second power washer that I have purchased from Home Depot and am back as the first one was used by the whole family and extended its use so here I am again. And my son has the same sump pump and is very satisfied with the power and the quietness of the sump pump so I purchased the same one for our condo!!!
