Don’t ever buy anything major at this store. If problems arise, they don’t communicate with you. I was given wrong information by selling staff on installation of propane ranges. Management would not call me back or even email me. Finally got my fees reimbursed.

They always seem to have everything I need.

Brenda was the best cashier in the garden center!! Sometimes when I go to this one, cashiers don’t say much to me but Brenda was kind, made conversation, and made sure I had everything I needed. She also offered to get me help with taking the plants to my truck. You’ve got a keeper at this Home Depot!!

During my weekend visit, I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of Jonkesia, my cashier. Well done!

In the middle of chaos (hurricane Ian repairs) this store had a good variety of materials and the sales help was very friendly and helpful. This store is not the closest to my residence but worth the extra travel.

We live in Southwest Florida and bought the Ryobi Bug Zapper and it works great. So glad we bought it!

Most aisles are blocked by pallets no boxes of siding available in store but 40 boxes available is yard behind store.

Last store on earth and I would not walk in if my life depended on it. Will for now on support the little guy

Cashier Andrea is constantly happy and fun . Love when she's working. I have no use for grumpy people or those who only want your money. I like cashier's who genuinely are interested in you, learn your name and connects to you

Mike Mitchell did a great job taking care of me during my visit. This gentlemen worked in the plumbing department, but I was there for help in the wood department. Mike stopped what he was doing to help me because I was getting no help from anyone. Thanks Mike

We sat with Dave Chandler in the Cabinetry department for over an hour. He was absolutely terrific. Super helpful and patient and really went above and beyond. We have a set of cabinets that we love at a great price.

Bought a minisplit unit for my sunroom. From purchase through installation project moved quickly and smoothly.

I found the tool chest I wanted on line and came into the Home Depot to buy it. I had lots of questions and a gal from the customer service desk came to help me. She was very knowledgeable. When I checked out I learned my military discount was now a new system. Cheryl helped me get the proper forms and really went the extra mile for me.

When looking for a locking mailbox, (sigh...a sign of the times!) I stopped to look at refrigerators. Saw cold water in one and wanted to buy a bottle since I was thirsty. Asked employee how to buy it and she seemed shocked that I would offer. She told me it was for anyone who was thirsty! Who knew?? Talk about customer service!

Still in shock! Walked by 23 employees and only 3 said Hi or asked if I needed help. Most aisles are clogged with freight, product and junk on carts! God help a fire or emergency breaks out! store is dirty, old and clearly reflects the lack of Leadership and standards. There are no acceptable excuses. Many are not doing their jobs! How do the District Mgr and Execs who visit not see this?? Have seen much busier Home Depots deliver a much better experience! will not shop at this location again!

The customer service in the garden center is very good. Barry is always willing to help you with the heavy items. Friendly nice & beautiful plants & most every thing you need for landscape jobs at home.

I took my Ziva (Furbaby) for the 1st time to a home depot and I was so impressed with the crew.. So attentive and helpful.. Love pet friendly places Will definitely be back.. Just want to thank the paint crew for all their information and David K for going over and above to help me find stuff and Brianna at self check out for her great personality and helping me with my furbaby. And ZIVA SAYS THANK YOU FOR THE TREATS.. :)
