Self-service cash registers will not accept cash, only debit and credit cards. Awkward and inconvenient for small purchases. Customers wishing to pay cash are forced to find a regular cash register staffed by actual cashiers at the other end of the store and wait in line there behind other customers with large carts of slow checkout items, which is inconvenient. inefficient, and an unnecessary time waster.

Terrible store. It takes forever to checkout, the employees are more interested in their own activities than anything a customer might want (except for one young lady in paint that is excellent).

I have been purchasing for 45 years at the state and federal level. I am now retired. The selection of products is very limited to one or two brands only, very few high-end products. almost no hardwood selection at any price. Customer service, pull your own product and have to check yourself out.

Amanda was wonderful. Helped me check out quickly and had a wonderful personality.

I recently ordered multiple flooring and cabinets online and the order was botched in multiple ways. This caused a huge delay in my project but was ultimately resolved due to the perseverance and diligence of the Pro Desk and return desk employees working as a team. Everything doesn’t always go smoothly and there will be glitches. But stay calm, polite and respectful and the HD staff will make it right. This store and the North Carson City store are two of the best anywhere in North America - and I have visited them all over. Thank you, Home Depot - Job well done.

Numerous items for my vacation home - best Home Depot I have ever been in. Sales folks advice, availability of products, layout of store.

Very difficult to reach departments by phone. Hardly ever pickup when trying to reach a particular department. Window coverings and pro desk

We bought a new Tough Shed to replace ours that collapsed from last winter’s snow load. David Lawrence spent a good amount helping us choose the perfect configuration and price for our new one. He’s very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and friendly!

We were looking to buy a gas stove and microwave, but we were not sure which brand was the best. The sales associate was super helpful and knowledgble and helped us decide what to buy based on our criteria. He also explained the delivery and installation in detail.

Arrived at the store to purchase a Tuff Shed. Was greeted and helped by an extremely friend and knowledgable employee. Couldn't have asked for a better interaction.

Home Depot prices are always better then the other hardware stores. They have beautiful and fresh garden plants. Right now I am remodeling my rock garden and they have what I need to beautify it.
