My experience was a pleasant surprise! Everyone was super to deal with!

HUGE selection of plant and landscaping items. Very pleased with the healthy plants we chose.

Two years ago I needed to replace my back deck after 40+ years. It was just as covid was winding down and redwood was i short supply. I went to the contractors desk and the man there was able to order the quantity of 16' con hart redwood that I needed and had it delivered. Home depot employees are always there to help.

After looking at the same refrigerator at other stores, I was happy with the sales associate and the time he spent with me and details he provided on the features, delivery, service, and the variety of options available....information the other stores hadn't mentioned.

I’m a GC the frequently shops this store due to convince. With each visit I am more and more surprised by how unknowable and untrained the staff is. From their unfamiliarity of the store, their systems, or just how to perform their job, shopping here is just unpleasant and brought to the assistant manager’s attention he was the rudest and least helpful at all.

I came to buy a pellet of concrete and Nox made sure I was taken care for in a smooth kind manner.

Had the most helpful appliance guy ever. But he still gave incorrect information. Yes, a dryer needs 4” depth added but ONLY if you get a collapsible vent. We were not told to get such a vent AND the installers wouldn’t have put it in even if we had. So now I have a giant $2400 washer and dryer sticking out in my entryway, unable to close the door. Nice is great. Correct information is even better. Don’t trust Home Depot.

In my experience of many home improvement stores this one really stands above the rest, the people here go out it their way to help you solve your problems, The pro desk is absolutely amazing, over many years I have built a great relationship with this store

I bought wall to wall carpeting. Debbie B (supervisor) wen over and above to get this transaction taken care of. Answered all my questions, gave me options and stayed after her shift to complete my order!

Like so many of us, I don't know exactly what I am doing. I end up with the wrong item, mostly because I don't ask for help, all the time. I love that no matter how many times I shoot myself in the foot, the awesome staff at "Returns" is there to help. Thank you!

I live in MI and manage a rental in Stateline, NV. Many time I have to place orders over the phone and have deliveries make at my rental house. So far, I have had seamless experiences with very good results. Just spent this entire summer in Stateline and took many trips to HD on Jacks Valley Rd. Had a great experience with wonderful people each time. Yesterday, I ordered a new dishwasher via Dave in your Appliance Dept. What a great guy - very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He's a great asset to your organization!!!

Steve in the area of window coverings not only helped us but also offered to special order 1 blind we need in a specific size not stocked or avail on shelves.

For shopping with "Home" in mind, this store has everything available I could ever want. I love the friendly employees

I looked online for a steam cleaner. The website let me know how many were in stock at my local store and also the aisle and bin location it would be in, I was in and out fast.

David from the appliance department was absolutely wonderful with helping me to pick the exact refrigerator I need for my space and size needs. He took the time to explain every detail that I wouldn’t have thought about to make sure I will be happy with my new refrigerator! I haven’t experienced wonderful customer service like that in a really long time!

The employees at this store are lousy. They need more training. Cashier forgot to give me part of my purchase. When I called, the 3 (YES, #) employees did NOT look for these items. I had to return to the store and the bag was exactly where I said it was !!!!

I've been to this store when it's not supper busy and you can tell people want to help - they are pro-active at asking if they can help. Even when it's busy on a weekend, people are very pleasant and helpful. You have a good staff on the floor and the cash registers.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot since it first opened. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. It's great to experience consistent high quality customer service throughout the store.
