I bought these Dewalt tools. And I am very satisfied that you guys carried the wall tools. I think you should carry more.

It's not good. Over engineered for a simple task. Adjustment on flapper did not function . NOT quiet at all.

My cashier was helpful, pleasant, reassuring, efficient and professional. With all the stores going to self-checkout, human help was a nice experience.

Great place to get everything you need and quick to check out.

I got a quote for flooring and installation, the quote was ridiculous. I purchased the flooring , at a lesser price and will get someone else to install. Love the product but not impressed with the services I recieved.

I went to the location off Chandler Blvd and Alma School and asked an employee for help since the drill I wanted to buy was locked. He was nasty and impatient. He stared walking in front of me and said “well are you going to show me which one?” I let him know that I would walk before him to show him. He was very unprofessional and not nice. I told him that I would appreciate him dropping the attitude and he was still rude, just a little less. I told him that the only reason I needed his help was because the drills were locked. I hope they invest in customer service skills coaching for their employees so others don’t have to deal with that.

All employees that we dealt with went out of their way to assist us and even saved us money in the process. I would highly recommend shopping here. They care about people.

I had ordered something online that should have arrived well before Christmas. When I went back to check my order since I hadn't gotten a confirmation, it told me it would now be arriving well after Christmas. I really needed this particular item so I decided to go to the store. Every time I am there. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. However, this time they went above and beyond! Maurice listened to my dilemma and told me he was going to make it right and he certainly did! I don't know how else to thank him but to let everyone know just how amazing my experience was at the store. Thank you so much for saving me time, headache, and stress. Parker and Sons are the contractor for AC services and I have been extremely pleased with them in getting a new AC unit and duct work. And now I have just gotten blown-in insulation. I was able to use my Home Depot Credit Cards and have two years to pay interest free. It's the best.

I had several projects to take care of today. Everyone was very helpful, guided me to the right person or area! The service rep in lumber took care of my needs. The lady in Pro helped with a special order. A service rep helped me with self checkout. All theses service reps made my shopping experience easy and great!

Every time I enter this store, the employees are very good at greeting me, and if I look like I am unsure about anything, or where to go, they always ask if they can help. If they are not sure, they will find someone who does know.

I went to Home Depot again for garden needs and am glad I did. When I couldn't find small pots to plant my seeds, I easily received gracious, friendly help from Elizabeth. The workers ALL being knowledgeable and friendly is what makes me go to Home Depot every time for graden, electric, lumber, ALL house and yard needs.

What a great group of employees throughout the store!!! I learned a lot because they took the time to gently explain what I needed to know.
