Experienced great customer service here. The cashier mentioned there was a 3-pack of the items I was buying, which resulted in a savings to me. I appreciate unsolicited assistance that saved me money. The store was clean and easy to get around.

Unlike the other home improvement stores, Home depot does a better job asking if I need help or if I have a question. The employees make me feel like there is never a dumb question.

I just finished a quick trip to Home Depot, and, as always, came away with exactly what I needed and a smile. Every employee is friendly and helpful. Every department has knowledgable people to give true help and guidance. I have been able to do craft projects, gardening projects, electricity projects, house painting projects (indoor and out), and lots more all with the help of this store. The cleanliness, the friendliness, and the helpfulness of every employee at this location make it a wonderful place to shop for all my home needs.

The store is great, but the self checkout person is just plain rude. They should find someone that wants to be there, instead of someone that shows each customer is a burden to help.

This store at Chandler Blvd and Alma School Road, in Chandler, AZ is excellent. It is well stock, and Roszenda the cashier is super, Manny the floor associate is helpful and understanding. Ray the manager, is what a manager should be with the public and his employees. They have a well stock store and great people

We stopped in for a particular item. A store employee helped us load the item into a cart and then when we were in the parking lot, a different employee, who had just finished his shift, stopped to help us load the item into our vehicle. Awesome customer service!

This is my regular THD. I have never had a negative thing to say on how well the store is kept and the friendliness of the employees. This last visit, I would like to highlight cashier "Marissa" for her helpfulness and great attitude. Stressful times, need people like Marissa to help them with their day!

In order to improve, there has to be strong guidance and follow up/through. Implementing a plan isn't going to work if the employees are not held to the standards which are in place. They need to stay busier, less standing around. They need to be more familiar with more departments and have the ability to contact someone who is knowledgeable, if they aren't able to assist the customer. It appears that Home Depot has a bunch of warm bodies-they need to stay teachable and be willing to learn more about products in several areas. They should escort the customer to the aisle in question, rather than pointing their finger in the general direction, that sort of thing. Most of all, they need to be better listeners in order to be better employees.

I’VE BEEN TO MY FAIR SHARES OF HOME DEPOTS ACROSS THE VALLEY BUT THIS ONE IS SPECIAL. FRIENDLY STAFF, EVERYONE ALWAYS WORKING, SMILES ON THEIR FACES AT ALL TIMES.

I come to this location at least once a week to pick up things to repair and renovate my house even though it’s further away than the closest Home Depot by about a mile. Everything at this location is always at the height of perfection. To start off the parking lot is huge and I never have to fight for close parking. I’ve done the curbside pickup about 3 times now and the orders are always fulfilled so fast and delivered by the kindest employees. The employees are always spread throughout the store in all the aisles so I’m never left wandering looking for assistance and they are all so knowledgeable when it comes to what I’m looking for and give excellent suggestions when it comes to my projects. The store is clean and orderly and it doesn’t take long to find what I’m looking for and more each time. I cannot recommend this location enough and am so pleased by my experiences here.

This particular Home Depot store is wonderful to shop in. Store employees were easy to find in the departments to answer questions and everything was in stock. The customer service area was especially very helpful.

The Home Depot always has what we are looking for. The staff is always helpful. We have completed several projects and purchased products including a beautiful front screen door, entire new windows for our home etc. The staff reached out to make sure all was going okay. They were sincere and proved they take pride in all that is done through Home Depot. This is rare in today’s world, plan to do all your home improvements with The Home Depot!
