Everybody at this Home Depot, from the attendants in the parking lot, and the young men who help you load your car to the cashiers, the managers and the specialists in the departments are exceptional! I always look forward to going to the Chaska, Home Depot!

The staff at Chaska Home Depot employees never disappoint with their high customer care.

I have been going to the store for 20 years. They messed up my order and I had to visit the store seven times before it was resolved. Nobody even had the courtesy to say sorry.

Greeted by friendly employees and has quality products at a good price.

I was greeted and offered assistance by multiple people. I had a very positive experience arranging my flooring project.--project is currently scheduled for installation.

This Home Depot location has become famous for the amount of mulch bags they store in the lot each Spring. This year they seemed to have arrived earlier and in greater quantity. This makes parking very challenging and I can see customers leaving without shipping as a result (I was one of them)

Most recently I have shopped to try to fix a toilet which runs intermittently. I had thought about buying a new toilet last November. I talked with an agent in plumbing, and got a bud to buy. Then I decided to replace the internal parts, so I bought 2 kits. Recently I tried to read the instructions of one of them. I really did not want to do all if that!! I returned the open one and the unopened one in mid February. No questions asked! I talked with a very experienced sales person! He advised that I just buy a $5-$6 flapper. I did! I put that in an took off a really cruddy one! There is almost no intermittent leak! But, since the sales person took the time to again educate my about the available new toilets, U plan to buy a new 16 1/2 inch high toilet in April! The sales people at Home Depot really make the difference! Whether shopping for a new John Deere lawn tractor which I bought a few years ago, or a few bolts and washers, to a flapper for a toilet. The service is so important! The return policy is important?

I have patronized many Home Depots over the years (with great satisfaction), However, the customer service at the Chaska location is the best I have experienced. The staff has been well trained.

I come into the Chaska Home Depot about 8-10 times a week. The staff is always top notch that always interacts with me & so many more customers. Great work Chaska Home Depot you guys/gals Rock!

Everything I needed was in stock

I normally have had Excellent experiences ences at this location and write rave reviews for helpful staff. My check-out lady on Sunday basically accused me of putting a clearance sticker over another on my flowers and acted like I was just trying to steal the paint I purchased 8 months ago and brought in to be re-mixed/re-shook.

Went to purchase a water heater not one person asked if I needed help or helped me load it in my vehicle had to load it on the cart and into my vehicle by myself even had to check myself out probably could’ve walked right out of the store and nobody would’ve noticed without paying. Went back the next day for some trim and everybody I asked for help would just point and say check over there the one person I finally asked to show me where the stuff is gave me attitude.

I was outright lied to at this HD yesterday. I drove 45 miles to purchase two heated Ryobi cushions. On the app it showed that there were 4 in stock. At the store I asked an associate where they were. He looked it up on the computer and it showed 9 units in stock on Aisle 54. He walked me over and showed me that they were high in the rack but he doubted that anyone would be willing to forklift them down. It was suggested I order on the app so I ordered two for pickup and waited. After an hour and a half I got a call that my order was cancelled due to them being out of stock. I SAW THEM in the rack. This was an outright lie. Apparently the manager at this store supports this sort of laziness and lying to the customer. I wasted several hours to travel to the store and wait, only to be lied to. This is so disappointing that HD has store managers that allow customers to be treated this way.

I wanted to purchase a Milwaukee driver that was not in stock. A gentleman named Steve assisted me and ordered one promptly and said he will advise when it arrives at the store.

Bought a new dishwasher at the Chaska store and was helped by a guy named Alex. This guy was the best. He had all the answers and was above and beyond great!!!! This guy needs a raise!!!!! Hope you can retain him so he can provide this kind of service too many more.

Cole, the TTi rep helped me select some battery powered tools. Understood my specific need, had great product knowledge and really was a help. The Front Manager Mark helped me solve a problem with a LG dishwasher that I purchased a year ago from HD as part of a pack of appliances. It was missing two screws and I had contacted LG they assured me that they would mail them out. One year later no screws, Mark took me to the fastener area, located the right ones and sent me home. I have had several other employees who were helpful and friendly. Something is being done right in this store.

The people at this store have been very nice every time I’ve had to interact with them. Two thumbs up.

Barb, your customer service manager who assisted my wife and me was wonderful. She listened, understood and expressed empathy for our concern regarding the return of an online cabinet order. She went over and above our expectations in making the return process as smooth as possible. Thank you Barb for your help!

The store is well organized and clean. The store employees are friendly and knowledgeable of store products. We almost always find what we need at Home Depot.

I walked into the store and ask for help and the person in the lumber area was most helpful. He cut the 2x4x10 into the pieces I needed.

Everyone at this store is amazing!! We have never had a bad experience at Chaska Home Depot. They have made our extremely stressful project so much less stressful. I am so so so thankful to the employees there!! We had such a great experience with Kas in Customer Services and Bernie in Pro Services. I recommend that if you need to go to a home improvement store, go to Chaska Home Depot. You will not regret it! 😊

The Chaska Home Depot is my preferred location! I was helped by 2 employees and they were both great! Sarah greeted me at the door and assisted me from start to finish! Always a good experience!

Bob in flooring is a great resource for answering questions, educating and making a project fun! If you have minimal knowledge on the subject matter, you can learn so much without feeling belittled. We wish Bob had been around for all of our prior projects.
