The whole staff has been really helpful with our project to add a deck/porch onto our home, thank you Brad and the whole team at Chaska Home Depot for your help along the way!

I usually don't write reviews. But this is the first time a big-box felt like the neighborhood department stores from my youth. Albeit with a much bigger parking lot. Something I thought would be a hassle was made easy by attentive employees. Thank you.

If you like being constantly asked about replacing you heating and cooling unit this is the store for you. I was asked 5 time in 20 min

Enthusiastic staff---across the board if they don't know it they find it by working with each other and get you the help you need. Lot's of great energy at this spot. Very engaging group for a large store Cheers to everyone who keeps us all "improving"! I've seen employees exiting at the end of their shifts stopping to help people.

The store manager is friendly and does a great job of answering questions. We left the store feeling much more confident about the house project we were about to start. We would highly recommend this location!

Store employees were so friendly and helpful. Carpet department made me feel like I was shopping with my sisters when helping me with carpet choices. Jennie in customer service went above and beyond helping me find an item that I knew nothing about.

The Chaska Home Depot is the best! I have never been there when there has not been a sales associate to answer a question. It always amazes me to find out how knowledgeable they are about a product.

Morgan along with the staff team gave great customer service and let me know all the specs between different items i needed and gave me the pros and cons of each machine.

I visited this store on 12/17/20, about 5ish pm. Employee DAN made my trip a success. He was sweet, friendly, professional, caring and took his time to answer all my questions. He then helped me locate my items, and asked if there was anything else he could help with. He then thanked me for shopping at Home Depot, wished me a Happy Holiday, and a Good Evening. I wanted to adopt him by the time I left!!! THIS WAS PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU DAN!!

Helpful, friendly, present store associates. Out of the desired sale item, they substituted with one of equal or of greater value.

I always am able to find the products I need, friendly associates, clean store! If I need help locating a product I can always find an associate to help me! I have had great experience working with store associate/customer service employee Jena! She is very friendly, willing to help me out, always has a POSITIVE attitude - even when they are busy! I go quite often to Chaska Home Depot and I will look for-or wait if she's busy for her to help me!! Keep up the great work Chaska Home Depot and keep up your positive/friendly attitude Ms. Jena!!!

Employees and customer service are top notch!

Terrible customer service, rude, dismissive and did not honor their associate's verbal guarantee resulting in me making two orders at Home Depot and not being able to execute a return. Very frustrating, it was a small amount amount of money and I’m not concerned about that. I’m just disappointed about being lied to. A manager should honor what associates tell customers.

I was impressed to see complimentary masks along with the cart wipes & hand sanitizer ... they had lots of lumber carts conveniently parked near the lumber area ... easily found an employee to help locate the item ... she helped me pick up and load the lumber onto the cart then she pushed the cart to the checkout for me! Couldn't have had a better experience buying lumber!

THE ASSOCIATES AT THE WOOD MATERIAL SECTION ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I FEEL SAFE AND CONFIDENCE WHEN I SHOPPED AT HOME DEPOT #2825 CHASKA! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
