When entering the contest I forgot to mention Kayle at the checkout who was friendly, helpful and efficient.

We went to purchase an item that was on sale online and were told they CANNOT price match their own online price. We than asked if they can price match other store and they said yes but still did not give us the other stores price since “they (Home Depot) had that same sale online”. We left very frustrated.

I have had many experiences at this store--all good....I get the sense that the management and staff work well together and it makes for a really nice experience--in a big store when you are trying to figure out your DYI project.

Store was well organized. Staff was super helpful without being annoying - people would stop what they were doing and help when I asked a question. Would go to this store anytime.

I like the Chaska Home Depot so much I have to travel 40 minutes from Lester Prairie to get to your store when Menards is much closer.

This store was very clean. Store personnel also, practiced the Covid-19 rules and requirements put in place by government officials. By monitoring how many customers are in the store at one time. One of the biggest positives I can add about Home Depot is that they always have Departmental personnel available to land assistance. Unlike other big box stores, that always state "save big money". I have been shopping random Home Depots and have always have a very positive experience with extremely knowledgeable staffing personnel.

The employees at this location are very helpful, inviting, and understanding. As a partially disabled person, limited mobility can be stressful when shopping. These employees were very accommodating and understanding, caring and considerate. They made the shopping experience relaxing and fun!

Asked for assistance to cut one piece of. plywood. The person said that they would be right there. Waited 15 minutes for this kid to walk from the end of the aisle to the cutting area. The kid then commented that he had trouble earlier and was going to have someone look at the saw. Waited for 20 more minutes and the kid comes back and says that he can’t cut it. What happened to someone looking at it? Complete waste of time with incompetent employees.

Always like going to see old friends, Francie has the best advice on flowers and plants - and always a treat for your dog! Bob in flooring is a fixture -literally, I think he was there before they even built the store and always has good knowledge on the products even helped me load a grill on to my cart! and of course Denny in Paint - always has a good joke ready for customers!

During the recent Corona outbreak we went to this store to purchase paint (quarantine house projects!) we were not alone. The store was very busy with many people in line, especially in the paint dept. Despite that the staff in that department were calm, helpful and quick. We specifically worked with Jodi who not only mixed our paint quickly but did it with a smile and a great deal of customer service. Thank you Home Depot Chaska for having composure during this crazy time, much appreciated!

We are in the beginning stages of a kitchen remodel. Cynthia and everyone have been extremely kind and helpful. They have been guiding us thru this process and because of them I am confident that we will love our remodel.

The staff is so helpful and sweet!! With their help I feel more and more empowered to take on projects around the house.

The store is generally clean and well stocked. The employees are all helpful and pleasant. Spring through a Fall the garden center is also well stocked with wide selection of plants, trees, and shrubs.

I do most of my hardware and lawn care product shopping at this location and have been doing so for several years and have always received great service or assistance when needed.

The inventory in the store is always good and if I can't find something there's always someone available to help me. Store always looks very clean

I was there mid December looking for tomatoe cages. Yes I am a crafter. I had help from every person I ran into. I did not expect to find them but had to look there. One gentleman even took me to the dowel section of the store thinking I could use that with chicken wire to support my Gnomes. Evergreen boughs would be wire on the frame for the body. The dowels worked OK but next year will hunt for small tomatoe cages.Lad

I am familiar with the store and its products. I was not bothered by any employee but feel the help was there if I wanted it.

I love this store and the customer focused employees always willing to help and teach when they learn what project I need help with!!
