Many frustrating experiences in trying to find an associate to help in many departments.

The help I received was very professional and the and the sales associate was very knowledgeable. l. Overall everything was a pleasant experience, even the cashier was helpful.

Best store ever Chaska home depodepot I've been going for years and will always go back

Bob in the carpet dept. went above and beyond by finding an alternative measurement for our living room carpet that saved us hundreds of dollars. He was very friendly and thorough with our order. We couldn't be happier with the great service at this store!

I've purchased many appliances at this Home Depot location over the years (along with flooring, doors\windows, etc.) and have always received exceptional customer service. The staff aren't simply there taking an order, they provide a consultative approach making great suggestions\recommendations based on my individual needs. I highly recommend the Chaska Home Depot!

Store is very neat. All staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can find just about anything you need from gardening, cleaning supplies , building, outdoors.

This is our "home" store. While I have been in many other Depots in the metro area and outside of Minnesota, I always feel like there's a bit of small town hardware store flavor with the one in Chaska. Maybe H D is a big box store but the store employees do their best to make us feel welcome. I like shopping at Chaska HD!

The store was clean and I was able to find what I needed easily

I bought a gallon of house paint to try on the house for color. Got the ok from the wife and went back to buy 15 gallons. No problem or so I thought . When I started painting my neighbor noticed that the color looked a little darker. Upon checking the cans Home Depot some how made the paint one shade darker. I thought I was going to have a big problem returning the paint . But, Wow the dept manager and the MOD/ Store manager took care of the problem and made up the right color. I go to Home Depot in Chaska and always get excellent service

Nicki (not sure of spelling) in paint department gave EXCELLENT service and knowledge and was a great help with our paint dilemma. KUDOS to her, and to you for having her on staff.

Quality service, product and staff ! The staff at the Carpeting Dept. was greatly helpful from helping us find the right carpeting to setting up floor measurements to Making few adjustments with the billing department over the phone. They were extremely patient, friendly and helpful.

When I came in with a question on a project I was given several different options by the associate in the power tools area. He walked me through the pros/cons of the different ways & tools I could use to go about the project. Once I decided what to buy he made sure I had all the extra supplies I would need and even talked me through the process on how to "make it turn out better" which was appreciated.

Associate was able to provide information I needed to complete project.

Everyone went out of their way to help my wife and I.

When You get to the HD in Chaska, just ask for Randy. This guy is the most amazing person you will ever meet. He has helped for the last eight years on my home, and today he helped me on my Jeep. Yes, he helped me on my car. THIS guy knows his STUFF PERIOD. Dave Reedy Chaska MN

The store was very clean. When I have needed help in the past the employees were very helpful.

The employee service was great! They were there to offer assistance, but not overly pushy like in other department stores where customers are confronted in every aisle they walk in.

Store is conveniently located; hours of operation allow sufficient time for shopping; not too many speciality items; lumber prices are quite steep.

It appears that all of the associates at the Chaska store are well-trained and like their jobs! They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend shopping Home Depot for all your household projects.

I needed to replace 2 storm doors. One of them is not a standard size. The employee in windows & doors helped me to place an order to get the doors that I needed. It didn't feel like he just wanted to make a sale. This Home Depot store has people who know what their doing so I was very impressed.

Went looking for a couple items - store staff asked me if they could help rather than me having to search for a person to help. And they walked me to my product in question!
