The sales staff was helpful until check out! The app was not updated to products actually in-store, ie the app stated the fridge was on site but when we got there there was only one and it was sold. Also, needed help with loading item in car and unable to find a staff member. Its tooo crowded and really busy at this store.

Shopping for my washer & dryer was easy, like the large price tag that were displayed on each items in the Appliance department. My sale person (Carina Phan) very helpful, knowledgeable about the appliances. Once I had purchased my washer & dryer, Carina Phan took the time and went over my merchandise & service summary step by step.

Bad customer service. Be aware that prices on shelf are inaccurate. Low or no stock at all on some items.

This is my goto store for most all of my diy needs. Excellent selection of items in stock, and I always find knowledgeable associates willing to take time to help. Check out is easy and efficient and I really appreciate the return policy.

Can’t recommend at this time. Normally I have great interactions with staff. I was accused of not paying and asked very loudly to see my receipt. I don’t know how 2 attendants couldn’t observe 2 customers checking out a at that time. I showed them after stating that they didn’t just see me check out and pay. I was very surprised and annoyed this was happening. I felt humiliated as they were basically calling me out as a thief. If I didn’t need what I purchased that night, I would have immediately went to customer service and return everything. I hope Home Depot of Colma has some customer service classes they can take! BTW at 915pm their automated phone systems doesn’t work and just keeps ringing for customer service. Stayed on for 5 minutes to let it ring.

Great store, always in stock and friendly associates, specially in the garden department.

Great friendly staff, most of the time. But, the two managers (Lawrence and especially Tyson) for stores are super pushy to their employees. Seriously!! Happy employees makes great employees.

Customer service is terrible at checkout especially if you get Judy as your cashier.

If I can't find something, I can always find someone to help me. This time the clerk in landscaping went out of her way to help me find a particular plant. Yeah!!! Then I had a question about garden hoses and found someone to help me. I highly recommend The Home Depot.

I bought two big plastic pots in the garden. All the ceramic, terracotta, and plastic pots are well organized against the outside wall on shelves. There is a big variety of pretty pots in different colors. The pots I bought were on the ground level so I didn't need anybody to help me get them. The pots are the color and size I was looking for. The pathways in the garden were clear and clean. I decided to look at the bouquets of flowers by the front exit, so I went to a cashier at the front of the store. There were only a few people in line ahead of me, and the cashier was friendly, competent, fast at her job.

Your employees are very skillful, patient, friendly, helpful. Your business is so good with many shoppers, a long check out line. I like your rental department, it is convenient. When we do a small project we do not need to buy tools, save us money. Your problem is that it is so hard to reach you when I call from home, waiting time is very long.

Sales person was very rude especially if you return defected products the take long time to credit you back and the attitude changes from the time you purchase and time to return the product’s the sales person David Burke was very unpleasant at the end to the point that he asked not to come back which was very rude I complain to the general manager

sterotyping, false accusing by assuming, be careful or you migbt be the next they embarass and be look down upon..

The young clerk with glasses in the windows and doors department will not comp you properly for any damaged door they try to sell you you. CHECK and INSPECT your products. I found so many dents and scratches on multiple doors.

I visited this store many times with my wife to purchase some kitchen appliances we meet 2 sales person David Burke he was the department supervisor he came to help use and he stayed with us until we finished he was kind knowledgeable and patience he made our chopping experience very pleasant we bought LG microwave , LG dishwasher and LG electric range

Need employee that like the job or customer’s service

I was helped by an associate named Judy at the checkout on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 3:15 pm She is very rude. I came to the register and told her that I have two items that were brought to the front. And she cut me off while I am talking and told me to wait because she doesn't know. So she went to the storage to check on the items. And I asked her if she wants me to grab them and she said yes. So we went back to the register. As she scans my items I helped her to put the tool box to where she wants it laid down bec it got weight on it. She got so angry and told me that only one can touch the item. I told her that I am sorry. And told me that my " sorry " was too late. All of us is having a bad rough day. I understand that. I was still at the register with my items and she called in another customer to help. I even thank her for helping me out. Didn't even bother to look at me. But she may atleast thank me for shopping. I love this store bec it is located near my home. I just feel bad and embarrassed because of this experienced. I hope that it will not happen again to me or to other customers that comes here and shop.

Lot associates can be seen hanging out even there’s a lot of carts that need to be collected! I wish parking spaces would be wider so cars won’t hit each other easily. A visible security should be provided at the doors, not only being paged to “walk the floor”, when everybody knows there’s NONE!
