Donated me some supplies for my eagle some dirt and some tools :).

The display of duraflame firelogs was disgusting, covered with bird feces, with all boxes broken, or otherwise damaged.

In my younger days, I guess I didn’t mind putting in an additional 2,000 steps just going to a Home Depo but now… you gotta wander around the store to find someone to help you, then they tell you that’s not their department & prices are not so user friendly these days! Does anyone know if Home Depo offers a Senior Discount for all the years we shopped there in our younger years? More Senior Friendly would be nice…cuz we still have to fix stuff!

Great store to shop in. Garden area was Fully stocked and the employees are extremely pleasant and helpful!

Came in yesterday to try and see if I should improve and remodel my home. Ki Lee was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing! I can see that he is a great asset to the team, he did a very amazing/wonderful great job of explaining and making sure your needs are met. Again very grateful ! Will be coming back for sure more so in the future for more improvements !

Found a good price on the item I bought,and the quality was excellent.

One of Depots better location

This is the best Home Depot around. I felt like a VIP. From the moment I stepped into the store. I was greeted and every isle I went down. I was greeted and ask if I needed any help.

Always a good experience

The wood has been very bad lately moldy and seriously warrped

I found what I was looking for and three employees offered to help me. Store shelves well sticks and a good variety for the items I wanted. This wasn’t the situation in the past, I am so happy with the improvements!

My experience was terrible, rude staff, not knowledgeable, messed up my order twice.

This store has everything you need from a Home Depot except they have migrant workers hanging out in the parking lot looking for work. Farmindale, Levittown and Freeport do not have this issue.

Employee was knowledgeable, professional

The checkout system couldn’t adjust the advertised price. No one could adjust the price to the advertised price. I ended up paying $300 more. Not a great experience. Employees were great and tried to help but their check out system is garbage with constant error messages.

Need season items and found them in stock and availability was easy found.

There is only 1 cashier at this store. All of the other registers are self-checkout. They need to bring back the cashiers.

I just stopped by the store looking for a rug runner because my dog (he’s 14 years old) can’t walk on the wood floor anymore his rear legs give out his hips are shot, my wife suggested we look for a runner and they had just what we needed on a roll we needed a 16’ piece and the associate cut us a runner and we were on our way no long waiting for help great service

As a Contractor, I have shopped in this store over 20 years. Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly.

I hate the new self check out. It’s by a door and it’s going to freeze in The winter time. Location stinks. Want me to check out my self so you save money on cashiers least make the store stocked with stuff. Not have me drive to other Home Depot location for sink cartridge and light switches And gallon of epoxy paint Copiague didn’t have.

Cashier refused to complete my purchase. I had a return and purchase, cashier refused to complete my purchase. Supervisor told me she was within her right to do that. Don’t go to the Copaigue location

Our sales associate Raj, from the paint department was so helpful and knowledgeable she made our shopping experience an easy one for the project we were doing. Appreciate Home Depot has someone like this at their store to help is.

This may be weird but I want to share an experience I had in Home Depot today. I went to pick up a couple of pieces of finished lumber for a project. I had to use the men’s room so I walk in and there’s two guys standing there waiting. I peer around the wall and they have two stalls, both occupied and two urinals, one of which I use. In one stall a contractor I suppose is on speakerphone with a woman customer. The guy in the other is power flushing and ripping the paper off the wall. Meanwhile the contractor on speakerphone with the woman starts flushing himself and speaking louder over the noise. The other two guys are in line to have a seat as soon as these two finished. As I’m washing my hands laughing the two in the stalls walk out of the bathroom, the contractor still on speakerphone in conversation. So I walk over to the molding isle and there’s a guy measuring and breaking the lengths of molding he wants over his knee. I got my stuff and got out of there. The parking lot is over run with day workers.

Terrific people. Recommend highly. Unmatched service. Must visit store. Perfect selection 2024!

you will waste your time here, better off going to farmingdale or bay shore or deer park

No one knows where anything is, if you can find someone. Cashier puts on fan when you approach register you expect to be sprayed with disinfectant. Perhaps that employee should stay home if they are scared of the world
