I bought 10 shades cut by an associate, each was perfect. The Copiague NY store is like a giant old fashioned hardware store with personal one on one attention, information on products and advice on how best to use them.

I shop frequently and Theresa is always smiling and pleasant. I tend to seek her out

Lack of assistance in getting item that was not reachable on shelf but needed a forklift to get and not being advised when it was made available.

if you dont like your job or people dont work retail.dont need a attitude from checkout lady at your store. not a fan of self checkout and dont want to be treated like cr ap because i came to your register with 3 open self checkouts .poor attitude and nasty faces no thankyou or have a nice day after my puchase

Sadly my credit card is never accepted consistently reading “card error” .. I’ve had Store members bending my cards in half trying to get them to work.. I Appreciate the effort, but can they please fix these machines?!!?!!?!!!!!!

I really love the plants that i bought and now they look beautifully planted in my garden. Everything was very organized in rows. The plants were in bloom and they were very well taken care of. I had a really good experience. It was very easy to find what i was looking for. I would highly recommend shopping there for your household needs.
