Help is always available. Items are neatly stocked. On our latest visit to #1218, Michelle from the Outside Garden area was extremely fun and helpful. She helped us locate the items we sought. Michelle’s checkout speed was phenomenal. Another great Home Depot employee.

We prefer to shop at this store because we are always pleased with the helpful and friendly service we receive - management cares for the customers, which is evident. For many many years we have shopped for special keys, rented equipment, bought lumber, doors, floor tiles, lighting, paint, large appliances several times, gardening, and on and on. We hope the good service will continue at this store, and thank you.

I gave an honest review and you rejected it because I was telling the truth. This is my post: The store has a large quantity of items. Associates are hard to find, and they never ask if you need any help finding or suggesting anything. Very good prices. I recommend this store if you know what you want. if you need help deciding whats right for you, shop elsewhere as the associates i have tried to get help from were as useless as dirt. So it looks likes you lost a longtime customer and probably many more as i plan to spread this word. You asked for an honest opinion and got it yet you didn’t like it. And I did follow the guidelines. Maybe I should post your email response to Facebook.

Upon entering the store the first salesperson I saw and made eye contact with said hello with a smile and asked if I needed any help as did the a few others. A clean store by all means and friendly checkout after being helped by an associate with regards as to finding what I needed in the paint department area. Idonothaveanickname

TRISHA in the Garden Center went above and beyond to help me find the materials I needed for my mini project. She even went so far as to brainstorm with me so that I would get the best results! I am super happy with how my project turned out and I thank Trisha for that!

This is the best run Home Depot in the area. The store is well stocked- neat and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful.

In my opinion HD #1218 Copiague has the best people and products. I only shop for any home items or tools that I need. I'm 80 years old a retired Stationary Engineer, experience in building construction and associated trades. I always look for what's new at HD. The people there are fabulous !
