Home Depot is our go to store for most everything but we love the seasonal decorations and of course materials for DIY projects. We can always find whatever we need. I want this reindeer for my grands so much!!

Bought a new 20 cuft. freezer. Looked on line at Home Depot .com found what I wanted. went to store to look it over. It was like advertised on web site. Home Depot associate took care of my needs in very short order. Bought the freeze with free delivery. I was delivered and set up on time to my satisfaction. Good Job Home Depot.

I purchased the product although I was very dissatisfied with the information I received on delivery. It was not ready for me to use. Jo

No employees available to assist the customer. Garden center will not load products for customers and few know product location

In enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot because I almost always find what I am looking for. I especially like looking at the plants in their garden area.

Terrible to even think about this most recent visit. My husband an I were treated absolutely horrible. An to top it off it actually made me cry. I have NEVER ever been so upset.

Not good place never ger help on timely bases

Well I was going to give this place a 1 star because the amount of time I had to wait for someone to help me. But then this amazing lady came over to help me.. she was alittle frustrated because there was someone closer than her that could have helped me which was understandable. I believed she came all the way from outside to help me. She apologized for us having to wait but then she helped us right al away. I also didn’t really know which chainsaw I wanted but she was very knowledgeable and helped me get the stuff I needed and get out. And because of her I give yall 5 stars!!! Keep amazing people like that!!!

I buy quite frequently and prefer to go here vs other stores within 30 miles of me.

I have to commend Blair in the unfinished cabinet department for inspiration and advice in building a 10' workbench from unfinished kitchen cabinets. Also numerous guys in the plumbing section for their assist and patience in building out the vacuum system that connects 4 "rotating power tool" workstations.

I REALLY wish I would have gotten the ladies name who checked us out. She was not only professional she was extremely friendly and went WAY BEYOND her duties!

We’ve been building a new house & everyone at this store have been awesome helpers. With so many things to make decisions on these people have made that job a pleasure.

Employess sit there on. There phones all day

This store is unorganized, and management could care less and it shows in the store. We bought a brand new mower on clearance bc they were no longer going to make that model. It had less that 1 hour use and we were told it had no warranty, if it died tomorrow that was just too bad. After we got home we realized the fittings were not greased, the mower deck was uneven and the wheels on deck were not in same position so cut was crooked. When "manager" was asked questions by employee he would relay answer but would not come talk to us. They don't care about your business at this location.

They had mower with sale ticket,I asked if was new or a return and was told new,just end of mowing season. It was only mower with tag. When rang up it had recon. on receipt. They told me it ment the gas tank. It was reconditioned not new. No grass shoot when brought to my truck. I returned it and went to Tractor Supply.

Did not have a pdoduct that I needed in the store but did have it on line and also offered free shipping. But for this project, I needed the product right then.

This is the poorest run Home Depot I have ever seen. Often have to push load to parking lot to load. Loading area used for some clients to park and shop.

For over 12 years I alway could find what I wanted at a great price and get it and no waiting , I’m the type who doesn’t like waiting or ordering on line ! Located what we needed fast and had help finding those no so big items , they really know where everything little thing is ! 😅😅

I stood in line at customer service for a return. There were others waiting in line. A person opened another register and asked for next person which was me. She then bypassed me and served the person behind me that took about 10 more minutes. After 20 minutes of total time in line she processed my return with no apology for skipping me, long wait or anything else. I asked if the manager was in and she told me she was the manager. She then became belligerent with me. Who knows if she she was the manager, her badge was covered so you couldn’t read her name. I’m in the store all the time as a contractor and I’m very patient, her lack of empathy and example she set for the other 3 employees was poor leadership at best and incompetence at worst. I live in a small town where HD is the only game in town. That will change in the future and I’ll take my business some where else.

Im glad I ran into Danielle while checking out! I wasn’t sure I was going to get the price reflected on the sticker in-store. I looked up the item on the website and it was advertising full price. She assured me that if the sales sticker was on there that she would get me taken care of! The item rang up as the sales price. I was very grateful for her friendly attitude and willingness to help!! I’ll most definitely be back!

Arrive for the idea of buying our necessities for our boiler installation. I left with more thanks to the guidance and help of a Home Depot employee. :)

Great experience ! Store was clean , well organized and had plenty of healthy plants to choose from.

Almost every time I’ve gone to the Corsicana, Texas Home Depot, I’ve been treated with respect by some very nice and helpful staff. Some other stores could and SHOULD take lessons from Home Depot.

Now I just need someone to spread the Weed and Feed for me! LOL

Found myself needing a garage door opener on a Sunday afternoon. Virgil was spectacular assisting me find the right one, and even helped me get it to my truck.
