The store is fairly clean and easy to get around. The employees are always willing to help you find what you need. Easy in Easy out.

We need more cashiers like Edith! She did a great job helping me find several materials I needed, she was really patient and sweet.

The garden cashier was most helpful (Matthew) in professionalism and personal concern. NOTE: On the day before, a most wonderful black young man who was very strong helped me load up my car with several bags of gravel. He would not accept a tip though I insisted. I think his name started with the letter "J"... something like Justin, Jered, ???. I feel saddened that I cannot remember his name, but I could have adopted him on the spot as he had the kindest of heart and blessed me immensely!

I returned an item to the service desk, and a wonderful young lady name ALEJANDRA took my return with a wonderful smile and very kind disposure. When I left the desk to shop for an item in lumber, she "chased" me down and handed me my sunglasses which I had left at the Customer Service desk. I apologized for her having to go to the extra effort, and she said "No apology necessary... God bless you!". THANK YOU Home Depot for employing such wonderful employees such as Alejandra... so grateful!

We do A LOT of business at this particular store and usually everyone is so eager to help, very friendly! Shout out to Kathy in Lumber, Shanthal cashier, and Samantha in Paint who helped us problem solve. May a manager please speak to James (older gentleman who drove a forklift) who had the worst attitude today, maybe working with the public isn't for you. It was that bad! Other than that, our family has enjoyed this store for quite some time now!

Store is always well stocked and always excellent customer service I would recommend Home Depot to all my friends and family.

Corsicana's Home Depot Customer Service Desk representatives are the best of the best... always. I have dealt with several on the Customer Service Desk but Erran is always the most helpful and understanding to make sure I am fully and professionally served. This last time she was so very helpful that I tried to tip her a large sum, but she would not take the tip and said that she wanted to honor her employer... Home Depot. Thank you for such a wonderful young lady that is most caring!

We purchased a Husky 30 gallon air compressor today. I have no doubt we will be happy with this purchase for many years. We have made many purchases at the Corsicana Home Depot and have been extremely happy with all of them.

Linda D made my experience pleasurable. She made me laugh and was very helpful to me. I appreciate people like her that take the time to help and just be friendly in this day and age. So many people don't want you to bother them or just want you to quickly get you business done and get out. Hope she's there on my next visit.

The garden center continues to be an area of opportunity. Stock position and replenish of trees and plants is poor. Assistance with garden supplies is very inconsistent along with no response to cashier calls for help. Need supervision to call for cashier assistance when lines back up in garden center. Generally the associates are friendly.

I’m a contractor that visits a lot of Home Depot’s and Corsicana is the best hands down!

We have shopping here for quite some time and the customer service is consistently a welcoming friendly experience. Amie in customer service is always so joyful, even while she's multi-tasking, ha! Karen in Lumber is friendly, funny and eager to help with whatever is needed. Astrid, cashier, was very friendly! They truly try to get you in and out quickly. We really enjoy shopping this store over other Home Depot stores.

My only critique is the lack of sufficient drawer/cabinet pulls.That whole section is low on what choices there are and the bins are messy. The garden center should include basket liners for hanging baskets. Otherwise I give a 5 star rating for excellence.

I have visited this store many times; however I was the most impressed on my visit 11/12/2020 because of an employee named Linda. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We need more employees like her and Linda really made me feel appreciated as a long time Home Depot Customer.

Unsafe environment, failure to enforce masks!!!

The assistant manager, Julie Tiner, was extremely helpful with an issue my wife and I had with a rude and not helpful store employee. She was very helpful and professional in her response and actions. She represents your store well and should be viewed as a future Store Manager in this or another location. Had it not been for her intervention, I was ready to switch my loyalty elsewhere. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars with your stores, and because of her response, will continue using HomeDepot.

I was talking to a wonderful employee Richard and was asking him a question when your rude and obnoxious MOD jerry kept calling Richards name as we were having a conversation. That was rude and very disrespectful not to just me but his employee. I will never go back to that location due to his disrespect to his employees. Unfortunately there is not enough room for me to say how angry and disappointed I am in this location. I hope it shuts down and I will let everyone I know how horrible They are.
