I visited this store multiple times and my shopping experience keeps being amazing! Everyone greets me and hopes me a great day and very helpful.

Employees asked if I need help and asked questions of what I was looking for. Very nice.

The Corsicana Home Depot continually exceeds my expectation for service above and beyond. Our ranching business has a frequent demanding need for the products Home Depot provides. Most transactions flow smoothly without issue. But when you need that special intervention, these folks step up and do not disappoint. I highly recommend this store for all your Home Depot type needs. They stand behind the products they sell with a pleasant customer experience!

Don't expect any help from anyone in thisstore. not even the manager. I was in a wheel chhair and was ignored. I carried my lumber to check out on my shoulder and after check out I carried it to my car and loaded it myself. No one was friendly or helpful except the cashier.

We received awesome customer service from the gentleman that brought us more material that we needed and by Frances and the register!

I gave it one star because there isn’t an option for zero. Customer service is less than convenient and such a hassle

Because if the personal help I received, I bought a more expensive tree by ordering it at the store for deli ery to my home . We do not have a Home Depot nearer to us than in Corsicana.

It is a great shame that cashiers such as Amanda and the lumber stockers have such poor regard for the customers and lack care for the quality of customer service provided. So poorly that others have to pick up their slack and deal with the ramifications selective servicing leads to. The journey with this store on a simple order… should not have happened. The corporate office and managers did their best… but that cashier was the root cause of it all… and it just kept falling apart from there. Truly disappointed the representation this store set for the Home Depot branding.

I had pleasant shopping experience here & Frances Robinson was quite friendly at checkout.

If you like wading through all kinds of trash, waiting in long lines at contractor check-out, sifting through piles of boards rather than stacks and watching staff turn the corner when they see you searching for help THIS STORE IS FOR YOU :}

These days the stores are closing right and left for very simple reason, costumer service! and from my last 6 trips to this store the corsicana store should have been forced to close 5 years ago! The quality of service is the managers responsibility, period! The customer service at the Home Depot in Corsicana is, at best pathetic. This store floor is extremely dangerous. especially for those with disabilities.. You will be sued of this if you don't self level the floor..Your selection and availability is almost laughable and the time to receive materials ordered is just plain lazy!

I went to get some 2X4X8 and Angelo was super helpful. He helped me get them and put them on the cart and even helped me decide which ones I need.

Good Location. Easy in and out of parking lot. Store has lots of choices in supplies and materials.

The employee had to search for what I needed and did it with a friendly attitude.

I needed boards to repair my stairs outside. They were easy to find and reasonably priced. Luce helped us with self checkout. She was kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back!

Gardening employees loaded 20 bags of raised bed soil for me in less than 2 minutes and seemed to be excited about doing it. Refreshing to see employees willing to earn their paycheck.

I’ve been redoing my flower beds and putting stone down the employees are always helpful loading stone and great me with a smile. This Home Depot also quickly restocks on items like the stone I was using. And previously I needed some plumbing fittings which were quickly restocked.

Saying hello and thanks for shopping here is not customer service! Helping load purchases into your vehicle is service. Employees standing around talking about what's for lunch is not customer service!

Although the store is a bit crowded, and they usually barely have cashiers, they still make sure to provided great customer service despite being short handed every where else in the store

Exactly what I wanted at a very good price! Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff!!
