I bought a steam cleaner at full price at this Home Depot. When I returned home the machine did not power on and it had been used. The brush was clogged with debris from a previous user. This was frustrating and inconvenient to deal with and online help was of no assistance— the issue had to be rectified at the store. I will not be returning and will likely not use Home Depot again if there is any alternative.

Please train your employee in this store to respect military members. On other stores like in gateway when employee at checkout find out you are a military they thank us for the service and sacrifice on top of tagt they ask if we need any help.. employee that I endured mistreatment their name are on the receipt on the photo. Amy and Eddie. The situation I have in this store is as follow. One last thing I like to shop I. Home Depot as well as my family and friend because we know that Home Depot is military friendly.

Trying to return online item but scan can’t recognize. It’s HDX Home Depot brand product with unopened package and barcode label and valid receipt. Representative didn’t listen to the explanation of customer that their system scan the part as individual item instead of a set of product. It return the price of individual item but not the set item price. Arguing for an hour almost until we need to call cops to solve the dispute. Don’t let them move the item to the pile unless you finish all return.

It is always a pleasure shopping at the Cropsey Avenue Home Depot! The prices are terrific and so is the return policy! More importantly, the people (staff) are so pleasant and friendly! They are so knowledgeable, patient and always willing and anxious to help! I love shopping at Home Depot! 😊

I purchased a coupling to finish a project i was doing to do my social media live. This part fits perfectly on the stand.

We buy from cropsey’s store very often, not too crowded, good selection.

I love the location of the store! My family has a history in Coney Island going back to 1920. I love everyone in the store the location of the store the prices and the merchandise stay as wonderful as you Are Cropsey Ave., Home Depot!

The store appears sloppy and the employees do not show interest in the customer's needs. Oh well.

The employees and service was great.

My spouse and I were pleasantly surprised at the Garden Center and Checkout and throughout the store by the professionalism and enthusiasm not experienced before.

In my experience, the level of customer service at Home Depot has significantly declined over the years. In the past, employees were readily available, greeting customers and offering assistance. However, more recently, I’ve found it increasingly difficult to even locate an employee when I need help, and those I do encounter often seem disengaged or unwilling to assist. Shopping at Home Depot used to be an enjoyable experience, but now I only visit as a last resort.

I’ve been sick in the hospital but had a few orders deliver from the pro desk. I must hav mention tha I wasn’t feeling well because Howie from pro had been calling to check in on me every week until I got discharged… I appreciate that!!

This is the worse place to shop, where the store treats you like a criminal. The layout of the store traps you in. You can not exit without waiting on long single line. Not even sure how fire department sign off this dangerous exit design.

The workers at this piticular store are terrible no one knows anything I know you hire Christmas Help but they were no help not even the women who said she was a manager,I ask about a nut she called it a bracket I assured her it was a nut and she said whatever. Terrible. This is no way to run a bussiness.try getting some experienced people in there especially Christmas time.

Someone was able to go to self check out and use my HD credit card in 4 separate transactions within 3 minutes. Called store within 1st minute of first transaction and didn’t pick up the phone.

Pat was very helpful by being informative regarding the products that I was interested in purchasing . He explained my best options and I was happy with my experience

Ordered garage door parts with 7days delivery, waiting for more than a month until now still not getting anything from the store, and it’s hard to contact with the store representatives.
