Great friendly staff they are all very knowledgeable and helpful the store has a great atmosphere

This store is located right off exit 6 Belt Parkway with huge parking lot, the only problem it gets flooded during heavy rain

The manager Pauline seen that the line was getting long and rolled up her sleeves and assisted other crew members with the Pro desk check out line so that the wait time was minimum. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated as I was in a huge hurry. Thank you Pauline

My main issue with all stores is lack of stock. Never able to get everything I need.

I understand that there are different departments to the store and usually if the department of the customers concern isn't the department the employee works in, then the employee usually doesn't help. When I'm working with Howie and Pauline I get the exact opposite. They help me no matter where the problem lies. Even though the have no control over deliveries from other stores they actively try to help with delivery problems and make things right for me. This is much appreciated.

Howie went out of his way to make sure i had everything I needed and also made sure the check out went smoothly. Howie also has been calling me to follow up with my deliveries which no employee has ever done. He has keep track of when they are scheduled to be delivered and would even call me after the delivery was made to make sure it wasn't any problems. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer and i greatly appreciate it. Thanks again Howie

The lady clerk at the paint department doesn't want to work today. I was trying to order my paint by showering her the pics with the paints name on, however, she wasn't even paying attention. She looks at the pic and immediately start typing on her screen without asking the size and quantity of my order, even we told her we want the smallest size. When we saw she grabbed 2 1-gallon, we immediately stopped her and told her we want the quart size as we told her during ordering. She then gave us an impatient look. When we got our order, she made an extra quart which we didn't ordered. When we told her, she was making a impatient comment "oh my god, you told me 2" when I clearly didn't tell her anything because she didn't even ask and confirmed our order, she simply looked at my pics and start typing the order. She was very impatient during the whole transaction. If she doesn't want to work or help, she's better off to stay home. My last visit at the paint department was fantastic, but not this time. The lady today was not helpful and wasn't focus on what she's doing.

The customer service that Howie presented was better then any other store

The cashier stacy made checking out so pleasant she has a wonderful way about her we had such laughs as I was checking out she made my day not many people like her.

I was beyond amazed at the assistance that store associate Latasha showed me. You do not come across this type of service often, especially at a chain store. Latasha was amazing and made my shopping experience seamless and just a pleasure to work with. Home Depot is lucky to have her on their team.

I love this Home Depot, the sales associates and cashiers are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get what your looking for.

A old man name victor was super friendly and kind which is rare at this home Depot. I had a previous experience where some fat lady at the cashier ask me if that was all, I said no. Then I told her I had a discount card for an item. She gave me an attitude saying "that's not all then is it". After that time I wanted to only do self checkout. But victor made the experience at home depot a lot better for me and be willing to go back again due to his kindness and excellent customer service

The store manager,Tristan, goes the extra mile for the customers

This is the worse Home Depot I been to, isle and stock workers are very lazy and feel entitled. They do not know what customer service means and act like they have the right of way to everything. They will run into you and look dirty at you instead of apologizing. Don't bother ordering few items for pick-up, they won't even bother looking for them and instead will say it's out of stock. Customer service/return staff are the only once I don't have issue with.

LOOK FOR STACY A. If you really trying to have a good experience. She will help you with anything you need and she’s not like the others. She goes above and beyond and beyond and above and back and over the stars. I only go to this location because of her. She helped me 7 times. Yesterday I came and she helped me with a dewalt table saw. I didn’t know where it was. She’s a cashier and I asked her and she said 2 aisles down make a right and it’s on the right hand side. Bingo. It was right there. Other employees are either super lazy, don’t want to help me and others as well as I see in the store, I’m very sharp with my eyes so I see everything that’s going on. She has the brightest smile and she always ready to help you like she works the floor but she’s a cashier doing other peoples Job. I have asked over 3 people and they never got me what I need. It was either wrong aisle, or ask someone else, or I’m busy , or go ask guy sitting on the table. Like seriously ? Why can’t you guys just be like Stacy A. And just tell me or learn where all your products are located like she knows . Well I want to say thank you for all the 7 different times you helped me and also I want to extra thank you yesterday for helping me with the dewalt saw. God bless you, you are a rare breed and the company is super lucky to have you.

Store was organized and well stocked. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We never had good experiences shopping at Home depot in NYC, but cropsey store is by far the best one we visited in NYC.

The employees at this store Has shown my nephew and I so much respect and was so willing to help. Even when I went to check out the cashiers were friendly lively and put a smile on my face. I wouldn’t change a thing about this store. God bless them all.

Customer service helped us locate the item as in stock and told us what aisle to find it, and the check-out person really moved the line quickly, answered our questions, and was very friendly despite being busy. A great Home Depot location!

Years ago I was unhappy...for something that should have taken a few weeks, took a few months! After being told by several people how much Home Depot has improved, I went back for a similar reson...well, from what I experienced so far...things haven't changed all that much! The measurements appointment for my window blinds WAS A NO SHOW...I need to reschedule. Today, I went to pick out the blinds and finalize the order...well, after 30 minutes of waiting someone was finally helpful and I think this was done only because of my constant complaining. I SURELY DO HOPE THAT THE INSTALLATION WILL BE BETTER...AND I GET ALL HTE PEICES THAT I AM SUPPOSED TO GET!!!
