Returned item, only person in line, it was more important to have a Haitian language discussion and attitude then take care of my simple return. Extend my return by 15 minutes. Not customer focused and I felt discriminated against

Juanita and Harry made my return and shopping experience a breeze. They were both friendly and went out of their way to help me with what I needed. Harry even walked me over to the screen door aisle so I wasn’t wandering the store. Juanita was really paying attention and made sure that everyone was being taken in order and the return desk.

Home Depot is my favorite store to shop. I get all my appliances at your store, plus all my home projects for the garden.

Laseika Williams was the best

What a wonderful experience today at this location. On my own I couldn’t find the product I was looking for but when I asked Laseika, she hunted down this esoteric cleaner on the computer, walked me all the way to the back of the store to find it. She was so friendly and helpful each and every step of the way. She is THE BEST!

Usually the workers run away when they see you approaching them. This time they walked towards me... 3 different times!

My favorite thing about customer service is the friendly, professional and helpful. This particular HD fits that bill. I will always shop at this HD before other locations which may be closer to my home

Went to Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator and some other items. This store is great! Plenty of staff and easy to find someone to assist! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Great Store!

The store is very organized and the sales professionals are great. I travel out of my way passing other home depots to go there because of the service Mike Mc Namara is a great sakes person if you ate looking to purchase appliances ask for him he's great

I spoke to Rob smith and Diane brearlt and they were absolutely fantastic!! They guys were so nice and so helpful! Didn’t give me and attitude and helped me with every single thing i needed to buy!!

I thought I would have a hard time returning a Rollator I had assembled because locking did not work. I was permitted to return it fully assembled… just slid it into original box and supplied all the papers.. ❣️done in 5 minutes!!

This store have the greatest and professional crew I have ever seen in any other visit to any other store I went or visit in the past in Florida. They make me feel like I was in my home.

I am always in and out of Home Depot for various projects. On this trip, I was getting supplies to remove a doorway and sheetrock the opening. Danny was very helpful in not only suggesting the correct products, but he cut all of my 2X4s and sheetrock to the correct lengths, saving me a lot of time later! Danny should get a raise!!! I was in and out!

Customer service was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never be shopping here again.

I often shop at the store it always has everything I need and the staff is always Pleasant and helpful

I had the old fashioned privilege of checking out yesterday with a real live human being. I for one hate self check out. I enjoyed my interaction with my cashier, Cynthia, and look forward to dealing with her again.

This was my first time making a return at the east Delray store and Venidee was very patient and nice even tho I purchased the items a long time ago she still helped me with it.

The home depot has an excellent staff, especially in the Pro-Rewards section. Leisheika, Mick, Amoit, Ronald, Anderson, Tori and Victoria are real anchors for this branch!

Looking to purchase a push mow, the only box available was up high on the shelves. I asked 2 associates to help me and they disappeared. Then Jane asked if I needed help. At first, she didn’t seem like she would be able to help me. She reminded me of Carol Burnet pushing a heavy cart filled with return items. She took the time to find the lift ladder, close the isle and all by herself pulled this heavy box off the top shelf. Jane (JEH0718) is the reason why I would go back to Home Depot.

I had a great experience shopping in the garden department because of one of the sales associates named Tobi that helped me. She was AMAZING with her vast knowledge of every flower, plant, tree, etc. in the store and was so kind and helpful. I would only go to this location in the future if she were there to help.

I believe Home Depot should take Leeanty to train these other employees how to have a great customer service. The only reason i grade this place 5 stars is because of this 100 % customer service employee!!! Is shocking that even a manager from this please send me to the wrong I’ll and then even say how can I help you. But this young man has everything it takes to become a future manager. As a manager I will hire him and give him a position as a manager because of his high quality customer service dedication passion and understanding of a customers need. Keep it up Leeanty!!! This young man has a great future.

Seems every time I go in there especially in evenings the departments do not have staff to answer questions. The recent hurricane tax holiday I was charged tax on a battery storage box which was in the same boxes as hurricane supplies.

Home Depot seems to be very selective on what items it gives military discounts on. I worked in IT so computers are not foreign to me but to many veterans especially seniors your military discount process and usage is unusable.

Cashier, David, was friendly, respectful, and helpful. It was a pleasure to have such a perfect checkout. He is to be commended
