A pleasure to shop at this store, big difference compared to the other Homedepots I have shopped at locally ... Everyone is so helpful and friendly ... The employees don't just walk past you and not say anything ... They always say can I help you with anything or at least a hello ... This store is always fully staffed .... They also go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and you leave a happy customer ... I noticed the employees always treat the store like it's " their own " .... Truly a respectful group of people ... a pleasure to shop here ...

This by far is the friendly HD, as a remodeler, we frequent HD and this store was the best. Ken in flooring was amazing and the cashier was so sweet, especially considering it was 930pm when we checked out.

Store has greatly improved the covid safety guidelines over the pas few months.

I shop here at least 12 times a month.I recently purchased custom blinds for 3 windows.The salesperson was extremely helpful as was the the gentleman who took the measurements to the installers.It was a very positive experience.

I often buy at his store. However, before going to store I previous check on the website to check if items required are in stock in this store. Some times I have to visit the West Delray store because they have in stock the item required.

Cashier unfriendly. Told they have no bags to put smaller items in. Really?

Francesca in hardware was such a great help to me last week. It was near closing and she was so helpful to me and to another customer simultaneously and did not make us feel rushed at all. She was knowledgeable and friendly and a true asset to Home Depot. Unlike the girls in the customer service/return department who tend to be a little unfriendly at this store. And good luck trying to call the store the phone rings and rings and rings. That said it is a very busy store.

Don’t go close to closing, can’t find help and the bigger departments have no staff. Took an hour to find someone that could sell me a washer and set up delivery, Associates walking around were not friendly and one was super rude. Actually called me “ Sweetheart” in a condescending manner when I asked if he could find someone to help in appliances.

Being in the construction industry i do not really interact with the staff except when checking out. The Cashier Cynthia was great. very friendly and helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. She can teach others how to make the shopping experience a great one.
